Inefficient quality of work form ADCP Tawtheeq team.
As a tenant I have renewed my existing contract with ADCP on March 1st week. Till date the Tawtheeq is not available in TAMM application. It's been almost 40 days since I have submitted the cheques. The first cheque has been encashed as well. In TAMM application notification it says Tawtheeq is cancelled. The ADCP team is not having a clear answer why it is cancelled or what is the next step to be taken. I have called the call center many time and went to ADCP office 5 times for this... Whenever I call the call the call center or go to ADCP office they just update me that the Tawtheeq will be available in TAMM the next day, and nothing happens.
Am not able to renew my residence parking because of the non-availability of Tawtheeq. Everyday am spending 15AED for parking. Is there any one who can help me?
Claimed loss: 15 AED per day from April 1st
Desired outcome: Availability of Tawteeq in TAMM application and able to renew the residence parking permit.

Frustrated with ADCP's Lack of Response to Tenancy Contract Request
!
I've been trying to get my hands on a copy of my tenancy contract from ADCP for over two weeks now, but I haven't had much luck. I've tried contacting them through their portal, sending daily emails to their main address, and even giving their customer service desk a call – but so far, no one has been able to help me out.
It's frustrating to feel like my request is going unanswered, especially since I need this contract for some important paperwork. I'm not sure if the delay is due to an overwhelming number of requests or if something else is going on, but I really wish someone would get back to me soon.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience so far with ADCP. I'd hoped to have an easier time getting a simple request like this fulfilled, but it seems like I'm still waiting with no end in sight. Here's hoping that they can turn things around and get me the information I need ASAP!
Warning: My Disappointing Experience with ADCP
I gotta tell you, my experience with ADCP was a total bummer. Their call center was a bust, seriously the worst out there. It was tough getting anyone on the phone, and when we finally did, they weren't exactly helpful.
The real kicker, though, was their maintenance. It was totally unpro - not at all up to my standards. And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, they refused to give us back our deposit. Can you believe that? I've lived in plenty of buildings and never had that happen before.
We didn't have any damages or anything in our flat, but they still refused to return our deposit. It was a real letdown, to say the least.
All in all, I'd warn anyone against taking a flat from ADCP. They just aren't worth the hassle, and there are plenty of better options out there.
ADCP Maintenance Requests: Tips for Success & Cautionary Tales
i agree with the previous review. ADCP is a bit slow to get on top of tenant maintenance requests. They may even pass on accumulated maintenance costs to tenants when they move out. New tenants should be on guard and ready to send emails with supporting photos to ensure proper attention to maintenance issues. This can be frustrating for renters, but with a little bit of extra effort, it's possible to stay on top of things. In the end, it's up to each individual renter to decide whether the benefits of ADCP's properties are worth the effort of staying on top of maintenance requests.
ADCP Review: Poor Management Quality and Slow Maintenance Response Time
.
ADCP is not the best management company around. One time, I had to pay for maintenance before shifting to their apartment. It was a pain in the neck and very stressful. The management was poor, and the service wasn't satisfactory. If you need repairs done, then you're in for a long wait - you'll need to report the issue, and they'll take action in about a month. At times, I called them incessantly but received the same answer every time - "I WILL DO THE FOLLOW UP."
If you're looking for a headache-free experience, then I suggest avoiding ADCP for rentals. It's best to find an agency or management company that offers better service and faster response times. Despite these setbacks, ADCP has some good qualities, such as their location and their apartments that cater to families or people who seek a peaceful environment. It's up to you to weigh the pros and cons and see whether or not ADCP is the right fit.
ADCP: Poor Maintenance Practices & Ignored Complaints - A Review
ADCP is not the best option for anyone who is looking to rent a building. I say this with complete honesty. I have had multiple experiences with their maintenance services, and it has never been good. The power has gone out several times, the AC oftentimes does not work and there are short circuits every once in a while. While they claim that they will handle these issues as a matter of priority, I have found that they treat them as normal occurrences.
I reached a breaking point and decided to escalate the issues to the Head Office officials, but even that did not yield any positive results. They just ignored my complaints as if they did not matter. This is not a situation that anyone wants to be in when renting a building. The maintenance of a building is one of the most important things, and it cannot be taken lightly. ADCP not only takes these things lightly, but they do not even try to rectify any of the problems.
If you are considering renting a building through ADCP, you should be aware of their poor maintenance practices. They do not prioritize the comfort and safety of their tenants, and it is not the type of situation you want to find yourself in. There are far better options available in the market, and you should explore them instead of opting for ADCP.
Beware of ADCP: Difficult to Vacate, Legal Department Tough to Deal With
on their side already. It doesn't make any sense. It's like playing a game with the referee on the other team.
ADCP is not a good choice for renting in Dubai. They make it very difficult to vacate and as a result, many people suffer. The legal department of the bank is also very tough to deal with. It's easy to rent, but the process of leaving is extremely difficult and usually results in a loss of a lot of money. If you do try to vacate, be prepared for multiple trips to court. ADCP seems to rely on the fact that most people will feel forced to hire a lawyer, but they already have a lawyer on their side which doesn't seem fair or make logical sense. It's like a rigged game where the referee is on the other team. Stay away from ADCP if you value ease of vacating and not getting into legal trouble.
ADCP: A Real Estate Nightmare with Terrible Service
. Absolutely terrible service!
Let me tell you, I had some major issues with ADCP. This real estate is just a mess. I mean, seriously, the facility management is just the poorest I have ever seen. They took my municipality fee for two whole years and never paid the municipality. Two years! And every time I called or sent an email, they just kept promising to refund my money, but I still haven't received it. Can you believe it? It's been almost three months now and I am still waiting for my money. I wouldn't recommend this real estate to my worst enemy. The service is just absolutely terrible.
Stay Away From ADCP: Awful Rental Experience, Thieving Company
My experience with ADCP has been awful. They're thieves. I made the mistake of renting with them and now I regret it. To close the agreement, they made me travel all the way from my home country, wasting a lot of my time and money. And now, even after cheating me out of some of my deposit, they won't give me the rest of my money back. This is by far the worst rental experience I've ever had. I would never recommend that anyone rent with them and go through the extreme difficulty that I had to endure. ADCP is not trustworthy and they will only cause you trouble and regret. Stay away!
Unresponsive and Unprofessional: My Disappointing Experience with adcp.ae
I am pretty upset with the services offered by adcp.ae. I have tried reaching out multiple times via email, but have yet to receive any response. When I went to their office to inquire about the status of my query, I was told that they were yet to begin their shift and that nobody was there to help. The employees present were quite impolite and generally unhelpful.
I am interested in terminating my contract early, but the guy in charge of the department appears to be from Sudan and seems reluctant to help me out. Every time I approach him with my concern, he dismisses me by saying that I should send an email and wait for a response.
All in all, I am highly disappointed with the services I have received from adcp.ae. I wanted the process to be quick and hassle-free, but that seems unlikely given my current experience. It is really frustrating to deal with such unprofessional behavior, and I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
ADCP's Poor Customer Service is Straining Tenants During Pandemic
ADCP is not doing a great job when it comes to customer service. In fact, the delays and unresponsive approach that they have are causing a lot of hardship to tenants. It's not just that they're making it hard for people to get their deposit refunds, but they're also hitting tenants with penalties that they don't deserve.
We get it - it's a tough time for everyone right now. The pandemic has caused a drop in demand in the market, and that can be tough for any company to deal with. But ADCP needs to remember that tenants are struggling too. Many of us have lost our jobs, and even those who still have them are facing salary cuts.
That's why it's so important that ADCP steps up and improves their customer service. They need to be more responsive and understanding about the hardships that tenants are going through. Only then can we hope to avoid further difficulties for the people who rely on them for housing. We're counting on you, ADCP!
Always says I don't have an email registered.
But every time my check was paid, they sent a receipt to my email.
