The entire process was a pleasure from start to finish. This is a family owned and operated business that is supported by a group of dedicated and professional employees. Our HVAC system needed to be replaced I called a number of local companies and it felt like I was bothering them for a quote. We are new to the area and our painting contractor suggested we call Coast to Coast. So we called within hours Kamil was sitting in our living room providing us with options and the pricing of each. We selected the option that best suited our home. They were booked to install our new HVAC system the following day. They also assisted us in filling the paperwork to Marion County building department. Very impressive company and would never hesitate to recommend them. The installers were the best they cleaned up afterwards you would never know they were there. Awesome job ...

We used Coast to Coast for our recent HVAC replacement. They had good prices for good products, but the reason for using them came from our confidence that Peter and his team would do the job right the first time. Our repair was tricky - it included some ductwork upgrades. Peter took the time to listen to our concerns and address the entire repair in one effort. Jason and Mike did the install, and Peter showed up early to make sure they understood the entire scope. A follow-up was needed, and Greg and Carlos arrived hte next business day to take care of that and make sure that we were very happy with the result. When the Corona concerns kept the county permit inspectors from clearing our AC replacement permit, Greg and Carlos returned yet again to take photos of the entire result to send to the county. Candy and I felt very good about the repair, and the charge for the repair. Thank you Coast to Coast.

every part of this experience was exceptional. Kamil, the assistant manager, came to the house to give an estimate. He was friendly,personable and knowledgable. He told us about available discounts such as military/law enforcement and cash/check payment. He checked the square footage of the house to match the AC unit gor peak efficiency. He asked which electric company we had in case they provided discounts. There was no high pressure sales tactics. Brian and Chris, the technicians, arrived on time. They were completely prepared to perform and complete the job. They had all the tools and equipment at the ready. They worked steadily throughout the day. Brian explained the operation of the new thermostat very well. Chris showed me photos of the different stages of the work they performed. Once their manager approved their workvia the photosthey received payment. a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them

I recommend Coast to Coast Heating & Air to install a new AC unit for your home. I set up a free estimate on Wednesday with Alyssa, Kamil showed up a few hours later and gave me my options. I compared with other Ocala Heating & Air companies and ended up choosing Coast to Coast. I let them know the following morning and that same day a gentleman came to provide a temporary fix to my AC that made my home comfortable while we waited for our install. We had only a few days wait but ended up being able to have our new AC installed that Friday due to a reschedule. Two gentleman showed up in the morning and worked diligently removing all of the old stuff and installing the new stuff cleaning as they went. What I was left with is a perfectly quiet Trane AC system cooling my home with great efficiency. If I hear anyone wondering what AC company to go with in the future I will offer my 2 cents and say Coast to Coast, thank you.

We have used coast to coast to do annual services on our AC system and have been extremely pleased. They've been very accommodating about making the appointment, their technicians are on time, pleasant to deal with, and very efficient. Very important to us -we are able to ask for and get the same technician every year instead of a chain of different people. This year we replaced our entire system with a new system and the technicians, Chris H and Jason J , were very competent, really pleasant and went out of their way to be sure we were satisfied with the entire process. They were very neat with their work and careful. I think we're going to love the new system that we have chosen! They were extremely good at offering us multiple possibilities and explaining the differences between them all, It (Trane) is so quiet, and In just a few days we can tell it is far more efficient at keeping the house at a stable temperature.

We have used Coast to Coast Air Conditioning in the past and have always had great service and prices this time was no exception. We put off having our normal preventative maintenance being completed on our system because of Covid 19 but decided we absolutely had to have it completed because the hot weather would soon be here and wanted to prevent any huge problems if possible. Scheduling was easy and we were assured all protocols would be followed such as wearing masks etc. Carlos came to our home, he was on time, he was wearing a mask, he was polite, he addressed our concerns, did his work, we paid for the service over the phone after it was completed so this service was as contactless as possible. We are happy we we decided to have this done after all as we now feel a bit more comfortable hot summer weather can come and our system is as ready as possible for it, Coast to Coast is a great company, super easy to do business with and great prices, too

My experience with Coast to Coast was A+ from the moment I met Kamil, who addressed all of my concerns without pressure and was available to answer any questions above and beyond what you'd experience these days. I was very impressed with his calm and professional demeanor and how at ease I felt as we discussed my A/C needs. Furthermore, my interactions with Peter, the owner, as well as with other office staff members were always very pleasant, making me feel comfortable at all times. And, of course, the installers, Mike and Josh, did a fantastic job, showing up on time, and working so diligently and meticulously, yet so good-humored and even-tempered, until the job was completed. Great experience with Coast to Coast! First contact was getting an estimate to add air conditioning to a sun- room we are expanding. Peter provided all the information we needed, and gave us a choice of 2 units for install, along with pricing and efficiency ratings. Roughly 1 week later, the A/C in our home stopped working- at 11PM. I contacted Coast to Coast, and got a quick response. Taylor came out to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain line, which tripped the safety shut-off. Taylor cleared the line, explained and provided a brochure to maintain the condensation drain line, and showed me all the gunk he had flushed/suctioned out of the tubing. I was informed oadly UNUSUAL to have good communication with service providers. Coast to Coast always gives COMPLETE information, they are quickly responsive to service calls, AND they text when the tech in en route, and provide information about WHO is coming. I called Coast to Coast to schedule an A/C yearly maintenance for my residential unit. I received confirming texts of appointment, a reminder text close to visit date and a text on the day of the visit that the technician was en route. The technician arrived, introduced himself, listened to my concerns and kept me informed throughout the routine maintenance. Replacement parts were explained why they were recommended along with the purchase and installation cost. I asked the technician questions to satisfy myself that he knew what he was doing and was thoroughly convinced. At finish the tech explained everything he had completed and also showed and explained various electrical and pressure readings plus showed and explained to me the general condition of my A/C unit. I have always been extremely happy with the courtesy of the office staff, the courtesy, knowledge, professionalism of the technicians from Coast to Coast. The technician, Taylor L. Ocala, FL left my with the confidence that I got extremely good service and a great value for the cost. I would recommend Coast to Coast to anyone that may ask about A/C service

I am so glad I found Coast to Coast. As a family-owned local business I feel they are more responsive than one could expect from a larger firm. Six months ago, after moving to an older condo, I called Coast to Coast to get a quote, and afterward I ordered a new AC unit. The Coast to Coast team was prompt and professional during installation. They took the time to answer my questions, explain how they would improve on the old installation, and how to keep the new one running well. I just had my first scheduled maintenance (January 2022) and again the company employees were courteous, prompt, professional and competent. The maintenance technician who arrived to service my AC unit was on time, polite, respectful of my carpet when entering my home as I requested, and answered any and all follow-up questions that I had. I would say that due to their willingness to listen to my concerns I am very satisfied with both sales and service. At installation I added a vent to my laundry room which was sorely needed to keep that room cool when running the dryer. Six months later at the January maintenance visit, they added a leaf filter to the top of the unit. (I learned that although my unit was not directly under tree branches many small leaves from the nearby oak trees were blowing in through the top of the unit and were sitting at the bottom of the unit.) Coast to Coast definitely has earned a "5 out of 5 star" review!

I called Coast to Coast Heating & Air (and several other companies) when my 16-year old unit wasn't working. Kamil Smith came out that very day and inspected the old unit. I didn't want to put money in the old system so he quoted a new system. He was very knowledgeable and professional, exactly what I hoped for when I contacted this Trane certified dealer in my area. I was impressed with the fact that Coast to Coast would be able to install the new unit that week, because MOST OF THE OTHER COMPANIES COULD NOT. In fact, some of the companies did not have equipment on hand and it would take two weeks to get it. It turned out that Coast to Coast was the lowest of all estimates (4) that I received, and this was for a Trane unit, which I consider top of the line equipment. I was also offered a two-year free labor warranty while the other quotes only offered one year. The installers who came out (Ovi Johnson and Tony Davis) were 1) knowledgeable, 2) meticulous, 3) friendly, 4) engaging, and 5) tidy. They explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions patiently, worked hard, and cleaned up everything thoroughly. From running the new copper line and PVC drain pipe, to insulating the return air plenum, to painting the new base, everything was done meticulously and exceeded my quality expectations. I would use them again and will highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors! Thank you Coast to Coast!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Our air conditioner had gone out after 16 years. Kamil came out and expertly assessed our situation. He has great product knowledge and presented several options. He did not try to oversell us, and answered all our questions. We felt confident and good about our decision. Kamil arranged for us to have temporary air until our unit was installed. This temporary fix was performed by Carlos who came to us after having already worked a full day. Carlos went about his job in a cheerful, professional, and very proficient manner! We appreciate him going the extra mile for us! All along the way, Kamil kept in touch with us to make sure we were doing good and happy with how things were progressing. Great customer service! Today, our air conditioning unit was installed by Mike and Josh. They didn't miss a beat! They called and texted to let us know they were on their way. They were on time! They went right to work, which included not only installing our new air conditioner, but also completely rebuilding the return stand. They did not waste any time and only broke for lunch. Mike and Josh did a fantastic job! The completed job looks wonderful, and our air conditioning is working great! They cleaned up the work area before they left. They also checked our duct work, as we had mentioned we had a room which always seemed to be either colder or hotter than the rest of the house, and Mike adjusted our vent in that room. Kamil even came over today while our air conditioning unit was being installed to make sure we were happy. We were! The purchase of an HVAC system is a significant expenditure for a homeowner. There are a number of very good systems (brands) available today, and in many cases they are equal in terms of quality, performance, and reliability. The differentiator is pre-purchase information, installation and service after the sale. In this regard, Coast to Coast Heating & Air, LLC checks all of the boxes! After reading some reviews and doing some research I gave Coast to Coast a call. A friendly voice answered the phone and the estimator was at my home the same day. He looked over our system, including duct work in the attic, and discussed options with us. I received a detailed quote and information from him via email within minutes of him leaving, along with contact info if I had further questions. We scheduled an install for the following week. Install day came and the two technicians performed the scope of work as agreed upon in a clean, professional manner. They asked for input from us when required, and they were friendly to boot. When they left we had a fully operational and well-installed system at the end of the day. What differentiates this company from others, in my opinion, is their level of communication. It was really impressive! They initiated 2-3 calls between purchase and installation to facilitate the process. Always friendly and professional. They have an email / text system they use, as well, that keeps you updated on the whole process, including when the tech is on the way to your house! And most importantly, they actively solicit your feedback after the installation and moving forward. This company is very customer-oriented ... and that appears to be a core feature of their business model. It is refreshing if I am honest, and sadly, missing from many businesses today. I have no doubt if I were to call them today, or in the future, they would work to address my concerns as quickly as possible. And I don't believe I just got "lucky" in my experience with this contractor. Many other reviewers have shared a similar experience. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend Coast to Coast Heating & Air to assist with your HVAC needs.
