I ordered the free trial box and paid the $4.95 required shipping charge. I very carefully searched to see if there was a warning in Fine Print as I have been burned before. there was no fine print so I felt safe. Never was there any mention of an auto ship. From all the complaints on the complaint board this is just what has been done to all who ordered. I will happily return this new box as it was never ordered. could you please help with this or I will be forced to have my lawyer file suit. This particular lawyer is my brother who will not charge me so don't mistakenly believe that I will not pursue legal action .My Father was 2 term Attorney General for the state of Alabama and we despise these scammers ! Also they now have my credit card Info and that is really frightening!

Lied to me
I have ordered some items from Access Nutraceuticals Inc. They sent me tracking number and e-mail. There was written that I can return the money during 30 days. I sent the product back after 2 weeks. They didn’t return the money and they don’t allow me to speak to the boss.
These people have owed me a refund for approximately 3 years. As a matter of fact, they owe me almostt $400. I've had the exact same complaint concerning not allowing me to speak with a supervisor. They are just dishonest people.
You are not alone! This company is totally a fraud. Do not order anything from them- their products doesn't work and you never see your refund.
