JIT Services, Inc. is aight, but the bills they be sending out are straight up crazy. And don't even get me started on the phone system they got set up for paying those bills. It's a hot mess and takes forever to get through. Ain't nobody got time for that.

JIT Services, Inc. is the real deal! I was gone for like two weeks and when I got back, my water bill showed that I was home using water. I was like, "What the heck?!" But then I called JIT and they explained that their bills are based on actual readings, not estimates. So, I was relieved to know that I wasn't getting ripped off. Overall, I'm happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable utility company.

I called them on July 6th and a week later they finally called me back. I wouldn't choose JIT, but the building I live in forces me to use them to pay my bill. This company is terrible. Their Google review rating is only 1%, which shows how bad they are. After 18 years, they still only have a 1% rating.

I paid twice in 2022 and called the office to explain the billing. The billing department emailed me to say that I also owed for the month of February. When February came around, I got another bill. I called back to JIT and she said the extra charge was for when I moved into the complex. I've been here for over two years and signed a contract in the middle of the month. I physically moved in on the 24th of the month. I received a March bill with a low rate, but continued to receive a bill for each month. Now she says the payments were for the free months, but I didn't receive any free months. These people are ridiculous! They can't explain anything and can't tell the truth about anything! I try to talk to them nicely, but they always come back defensive. This company has me messed up. When I called the complex for information, they claimed they had nothing to do with the water bill. We are literally paying for everything in ***. My lights aren't even as high as some of my water bills. I wonder who's reading the meters!

JIT is the one who takes care of the electricity in my building. They don't have no autopay for monthly dues and they keep changing the payment programs - it's a real pain to make payments. I owed them a lot of money, but I was able to pay half of it off. They told me on the phone that I would be put on an "autopay program" (which they never had). But then a few months later, I got a note saying I had to pay $750 in two weeks or they would turn off my electricity. I couldn't come up with that much money, so I told them I could pay $250 now and $500 next month. But the person on the phone sent me to "their supervisor" and I got voicemail. Now I've been without power for more than 24 hours and I can't come up with $750 to get my lights turned back on. They have no flexibility and their customer service is terrible. I just want them to be more flexible and turn my power back on.
