Access bank plc has not been their best, neither their worst, but please I beg you guys to make a more quick refunds on any failed transactions. Please it’s someone’s hard earned naira which you also took service charges duly paid for the job and don’t even care about the person’s situation,conditions and circumstances……

Access More MISSING EARLIER SAVED BENEFICIARIES!

I cant find my previously saved beneficiaries again, quite frustrating to want to ask for details of account from people. Newly saved beneficiaries are not even available as an option as well… i don’t like the idea of having to go and copy and paste every now and then, so often and on. Please make my life easier and better Diamond-Access.

Access More Shame !

How can I contact my bank through email services over an urgent issue and I don’t get back a reply for 8 hours what kind of bank is this ?
I tried contacting my account officer too but all to no avail I also tried the live chat but I wait for half an hour and no representative to join the chat this bank is so horrible I regret banking with access bank

Access More Beneficiaries

I thought I was the only one having issues with saving beneficiaries. It’s ridiculous that we cannot save beneficiaries and this has been an issue for over a year with no rectification. I gave the app 2 stars, because everything works fine, and I haven’t had any problems other than not being able to save beneficiaries, which in my opinion, is a major problem

Good afternoon, Please see the attached update forms. Also, I am still awaiting the reset of my Transfer PIN. I have not received the code that is supposed to be sent to me during the reset process. Access More Access bank is a Scam! Don’t use!

You guys are the most useless bank in Nigeria…once I get my money back,I will never bank with you guys again.. I deposited 40,000 to my sportybet account since last week Wednesday,the transaction failed and up till now you guys didn’t return my money…I have called more than 10 times,all you keep saying is that they are working on it…I regret using your bank and I’m going to call out this bank on Instagram tagging all the bloggers…you guys are failure

Access More Sad

Please I don’t even know what to do or say I have been trying to open the app all day but it’s not even opening talk more of taking me to the page where I can put in my password. I was to make a transfer today but I could not and the transfer is business inclined I have been crying all day. The worst is that I used this app yesterday to make transfer to a friend and now all of a sudden I can not do anything.
Please you people should find out what the problem is.

Access More Foolish bank

I made a report to this bank seven days ago and they demand for the declined payment receipt which I gave them and requested I wait for three working days and now it’s five working days and it’s like they’re not even organized enough to keep to their own words and can’t even bother to notify me about any new developments and is this how bank is supposed to operate and I think access bank is too big for the management to control and they’re now stupid and immature

Access More Unnecessary debits

All these 50 naira you people deduct for federal gov charges or whatever ehn. Na because I never get una time. When I’m ready for una, you go know say you no see better customer Dey deduct federal gov level from. Na tax? I’m currently at the banking hall self but energy no Dey today. The day I’ll have your time as regards the 50 naira you deduct about 10 times a month, you’ll beg me to switch bank. Me self know say I no too get money for my Acct so e no go pain una.

Access More Crappy/frustrating

Update: This app is not intuitive at all. How do I see account summary? Why so frustrating?

I am trying to use this app for the first time and it is so frustrating to say the least. I tried registering with a username and it lets me enter. I get to the OTP password and I get an error message that username already exists. Why not redirect me back to the registration page so I can start over? No! I get stuck on the OTP page and have to uninstall app and reinstall to start over! So crappy!

Access More App Always Crashes

A bank that doesn’t care about its customers. App always has issues. Never works. Will randomly block Foreign Currency transactions?! Why!? I think the bank has tier 1 capital ratio (cash) issue. That’s the only reason to hold /block USD and EURO transactions. If you ask to withdraw you FX at a branch the perpetually LIE and say they have no FX available. This is why Nigeria is backwards. This is why countries block our visas. Look at how we treat ourselves?! No point in writing this. Will you change? Nope, you’ll just laugh and continue. Well I tried.

Access More I’m giving 3 starts because

I’m giving 3 stars because before diamond bank moved to access bank which now we are using the access more app there use to be a category called ESUSU. It’s a category where you can do monthly savings from your account balance and you will get the money paid back to you when it reaches a year but I’m finding it difficult to use such in this particular app. If you can fix or respond maybe I’m missing something on the app which indicates something similar to ESUSU I will be happy and come back to rewrite my review. It is really helping on the platform thanks.

Access More Worst bank ever!

This is the worst app ever! Disabled my account when I complained about their incompetency. At this point all I want to do is deactivate my account! The most horrible experience, I’ve been unable to make transactions for the past 2 days now, leaving me stranded. After complaining, they asked me to write a letter, I did and they claimed it was resolved. Only for me to check again and it was back to square 1, complained again and they ask me to write the same letter. That shows you that they don’t even follow up or check their mails, cos why would I do the same thing twice. I’m tired and frustrated!

Access More ILLEGA DEBITING

Access bank is a criminal bank, oppressing the citizen of Nigeria with illega debiting
Can you imagine I made transfer of 20,000 naira to my sporty bet account your bank refuse to credit me after the transaction shows declined and you guys debited me since may 21 2022 I waited for your review of the transaction till today nothing to show for it criminals my advice to anyone out there kindly change your Bank for better banks like zenith and the rest if you don’t want to loose your money false fully I’m pained for this mischievous act done by you guys always @accessbank PLC Nigeria it’s a official SCAM

Access More Have not been able to save beneficiaries

I’m really enjoying using this app, it’s been quite helpful since. I would’ve given it a 5 star rating, but I can’t because since last year, I literally have to copy and paste account numbers each time I want to make any transfer. My beneficiary list just wiped out all of a sudden and since then, I’ve not been able to save any new beneficiary on the app. I called already to complain, but nothing came out of it since then. So, please, could you look into this problem and see what you can do to fix it. It’s quite frustrating considering that this is a mobile app and should be making my transactions less stressful.

Access More Can’t save beneficiaries

I think after the last two recent upgrades you guys really messed up things.
What’s the use of having a bank app where you can’t save beneficiary.
Am not writing to you to correct your mistakes, considering that you’ve not been able to correct some certain problems that have been mentioned ealier before mine.
I just hope your app developers know what they are doing, was actually working perfectly well till you guys brought about the recent 2 updates and I just came to check if there is a new update, only to discover there is non.
I don’t even know why am complaining when your bad reviews are even bigger than your downloads.

Access More Unbelievable

#82,000 has been held by access bank concerning a chargeback or fraud because the statement I got from the bank says the money was reported fraud, money that I received after a successful transaction with a customer.

I don’t have access to the sender physically as a result of that I can’t contact the person online because he or she is unavailable and they cant give me the person’s number even kuda said so too which I don’t blame them but I dropped my contacts so I can be reached by either their bank or the customer and was told in the bank to contact kuda bank @kudabank customer service which I have done but they requested me to submit proof to my bank which I have done but still no action has been taken and no response too. I asked for proof from the person that reported my account from Access bank and I was told no proof was received from kuda and that the money was only reported. It’s obvious access bank is not concerned with the interest and care of their customers. The only thing that will make me not close this account after this dispute is because it’s an nysc account and after my service I will close the account. I’ve been banking with Sterling bank for years and never encountered stuff like this ( they will call me to come to the bank and submit the necessary proof and I will have my Money back but with access it’s a whole different game I don’t even know if it’s a strategy for access bank to steal my money)

I have submitted a screenshot the customer sent to me from his or her bank mobile app which I used to confirm before releasing goods.

The manager of the branch I went to told me I should go to court and that if I don’t have the contact of the person that sent the money that my money is gone and I should stop speaking English! Like seriously

I can’t save beneficiaries or recipients account numbers on this new Access More app. The old Access app has it. It’s quite frustrating when you have to type in the number of someone you transfer money to all the time every time you need to transfer money to them.

You can’t build an app, and in it you can lodge a complain but afterwards that complain will never go through till you visit the bank, then off late it seems you don’t have more hands on deck on the customer support on all you handles, which is very very poor, try to look at it and improve where necessary…

Access More Unable to Login

Been using the app for about a year and it has had its issues but recently it became worse. About 3 months ago, I tried to log in, but it keeps giving an error. I changed the password several times but nothing. Tried the changed passwords on internet banking and the old Access app and they work. This app get skoin skoin.

You guys network is very bad! Fix it! Access bank is very useless. I’m leaving the bank for good. How can someone transfer money to me and I haven’t received it since.
