A total sham of a company! Don't do business with this organization. Their employees lie, don't follow up with official emails, then call and harass you. THE WORST customer service, ever!

Got a letter in the mail today with great interest rates offerin me an unsecured loan. Thought it was a good deal, but turns out it's just a company tryin to consolidate my debt and charge me for it. False advertisin and a waste of time. Should be against the law! If they can't find loans, they shouldn't be botherin people and wastin their time tryin to work with creditors. They messed up my credit and now they wanna charge me for it. Don't waste your time!

I got a $20,ooo capital loan. This loan cost me $600 of the $20,000, so I got $19,400 deposited in my account. The next day I had another $600 removed. I contacted them and they told me it was in the contract you signed. When it comes to taking my working capital funds, this is deceitful. Next I had to pay $24,800 back in 6 months. A loan of $18,800 cost me $6,000 for 6 months. Be very skeptical on taking a loan. This could very well destroy your business. Several companies have failed due to this type of loan.

I used Knight Capital Funding for Round 2 of PPP. They knowingly and fraudulently sent an unsigned application to the SBA for the PPP loan. I tried contacting them through email, phone, and social media, but they didn't fix the wrongly submitted application. I managed to talk to someone on the phone once, and she gave me incorrect information about the SBA guidelines. When I asked her where she got that info, she started reading an update from the SBA but then stopped when she realized she was wrong. She went silent on the phone until I asked her to keep reading. It was kind of funny. Avoid this dishonest company.

Don't use this company if you can help it! We got an advance from them and then Covid-19 happened. The company closed and we didn't have any money coming in. Knight Capital is making us jump through hoops just to stop the withdrawals. Every few days, we have to send a screenshot of our account to show the balance and prove that we didn't get any funds. Then I got an email from one of the employees saying they would lower the withdrawals to a lower amount, but they ended up taking out the full payment instead. They take out payments that put your account in the negative, and they've done this multiple times. When you contact them, all they do is freeze your account for a few days. They don't care that you're not working, not making any money, or that you have to figure things out with the bank. They just want to get something from you. I'll never use Knight Capital Funding again. They're quick to give you money, but their customer service is terrible when you have a problem that's out of your control.

I had a really bad experience with Knight Capital Funding LLC. I applied for a PPP loan and they messed up big time. I signed the application for $62,000, but they sent me a note for only $32,500. I tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but no one would answer or give me a contact phone number. I wanted to know why I didn't get the funds I applied for, but they just ignored me. This mistake caused a loss of $30,000 for my company, and it was their fault. It took over a month for me to finally speak to a local manager, and he was so rude. He wouldn't explain why the mistake happened and refused to give me his manager's name and phone number. If they had contacted me within 7-10 days, they could have fixed the issue and given me the full loan amount according to the SBC. But because it took them so long to respond, I'm now not able to get the full amount. This is a huge problem and it cost me $32,000. I asked for a call back from a supervisor, but they never bothered to return my call.
