I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. Like so many others I requested the "free sample" which I would receive for only cost of shipping and once I received it I then called the 800# and requested cancellation of any further shipments. But they have continued to ship to me AND continued to charge my credit card. I am now having to fight the battle through my credit card company.

I have received one bottle, and subsequently heard of their shipping unorderd product. I want to prevent this. I do not want any additional product. Stan Sheets, 10 Random Road, Superior, Nebraska, 68978, email stan1sheets@superiorinet.net. Myshipping number 3253777

I called AcaiPure after they charged my credit card for 39.95, of which I already paid the shipping for the "FREE TRIAL OFFER." I do not like doing business like that, if I wanted more of the AcaiPure, I would have ordered more. But the trial offer did nothing for me. Therefore I feel that they owe me, my 39.95 back in my credit card account..

Ordered trial offer it didn't work called to cancel looked at my checking account to get the number and noticed that they had already charged me for a new shipment and signed me up for Fit Factory. Spoke with very nice person who agreed to refund my money and gave em email for fit factory. Of course it was all lies I have not recieved a refund and have since been billed by them both again. Don't know what to do

Replied to a 14 day free trail. Company sent 30 day supply. I called up to cancel any ongoing orders and not to charge my credit card for anything besides shipping. I was not told to send remaining supply back, nor did I know that it was a 30 day supply, therefore my credit card was charged $39.95. I called and complained, told them I threw out the bottle, but they wouldn't credit me back.

I got the free trial online and paid for the shippping. The following month, I received another shipment, that I DID NOT order, in my mail box. I refused the order and now the AcaiPure company is charging my credit card $39.95! AND they refuse to give me credit because I didn't get a return shipment number from them. The stuff doesn't even work!

I purhased a trail offer of Acaipure only to pay shipping. They automaticly billed me for the trial offer and billed me again for another shipment that I have not received. This is a rip off company a should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. My name is Tim Repman at tim@repman.org. The parent website is www.centralcoastnutra.net

I had ordered for a free trial of acaipure. A few days later, on 12-31-2008, my credit card account was charged, $29.95 by a website called www.fit-fac.com and on 01-09-2009, my credit card was again charged $39.95 by acaipure for products that I didnot order. Please look into the matter and remove these charges from my credit card billing.

I ordered a "free" trial for $4.95 shipping and was sent 2 other products and charged $44.95. My credit card was charged another $39.95 the next month even though I had cancelled the "membership" that I had not authorized. I was on hold for over an hour and got no help whatsoever. I'm now out over $85.00 for a little bottle of vitamins, a bottle of water and some gum!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Was charged $44.85 for what was advertised as a sample of Acai berry for $3.97. I never received the sample but there is a $44.85 charge to my account by Acaipure.
Now there is a $29.95 charge to my credit card by Fit-Fac and I was told by online rep. that some companies submit those charges. In this case Acaipure in my thought, is the company that did this.
I am calling my bank to report fraud for both companies.

I signed up for a trial sample of acaipure. I returned it saying I didn't want it. I was supposed to get my money back but have had no response. They keep taking money from my credit account and sending more of the product. When I phoned, the message was that I would have to wait about 30 minutes for someone to take my call. This whole thing is a scam and I want my money back!

I ordered Acai pure as a free trial. I was only to pay for shipping . I was charged for the
shipping of $5.95. I never ordered any further product. My credit card was charged on 12/02/08 $39.95. It was again charged on 12/17/08 for $44.90. I have not received another bottle of Acaipure since the "so called FREE" bottle. This company is a rip off.

I ordered a free trial of the AcaiPure for $4.99 shipping, received it and now they are billing my credit card for $39.95 and have not received anything else. I did not authorize further charges. I want my money back and this shipment stopped. This is a scam. I wish I had read the complaints before I ordered the trial offer.

I tried a trial order of their product Acaipure, only to later find out I was signed up to a monthly shipment with a charge of 44.90. At t his point even if the product worked I would cancel because I feel this is disceptive marketing. Very misleading...

received my Visa bill and have been charged $39.95 for this product. I originally ordered a sample bottle for $3.95. I called my credit card and they don't want to remove this from my bill. I told them over and over that there are numerous complaints on the computer about this company...

Was charged for this product which I never ordered or received. From review of complaints against this company I understand it is for weight loss. As I have lost 15+ pounds in 2008 due to illness, this is not a product I would order even if it were free! How they got my CC # is beyond me, but I will find out. Anyone for a Class Action Suite?

This company is charging my credit card without authorization and sent me a product I did not order. It can not be returned because RMA is required and no one answers the phone in order to get a RMA. They are good, have all their bases covered and the money is just rolling in. I hope someone can shut them down before it is too late.

They offer you a trial offer of their product for $4.95 S/H. If you do not read the fine print you will be charged $44.85, and then $39.95. It is almost impossible to get them on the phone (ridiculous wait times of 89 minutes). When you do, they offer you $20 and then you won't have to send anything back. What a scam. Do not fall for their promises.
