I ordered the 'free month supply'. After hearing on TV that this is a scam, I called the cancellation number given in my order confirmation. I was told that I was going to be charged over $50 for that 'free' bottle.

I mentioned their ad said 'You are fully covered by our 60-day full money back guarantee.' I was then told to mail the bottle back. I was given a Des Moines, Iowa address.

I am canceling my credit card and getting a new number.

I tried to cancel by sending the unused product back, but they said I didn't cancel in time and they charged me for more. When I called, they said I had to pay the extra, but they would cancel me from that time on.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! i have called 18 times to receive my refund and conveniently enough...there is NEVER a supervisor available. They would tell me someone would call back in 48 hours. 72 hours later they hadn't. i then proceeded to call 18 times and they will not refund my money...even though i already sent everything + the free product back unopened! They kept telling me my credit posted...which it had not. Then, once i finally reached a supervisor (because i would not quit calling until they told me when one would be available) he kept saying, "there is nothing he can do." DO NOT, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

i just cancelled the "free trial" which was a 30 day trial, they still charged me $50+ for it when the last costumer service rep. said i had 30 days to try it, well it was A LIE you only got 14 days to try it and send it back which is total [censored], you can't really be "satisfied" with a product that takes over 30 days to act in just 10 - 14 days! DON'T ORDER THIS... you'll lose $$$

I too was sucked into this " FREE TRIAL " and have found an unauthorised charge on my credit card for $94.77. Irang mybank immediately and the best solution they gave me was to cancel the card as this would stop anymore illegal transactions. I have tried to findthis company, but all attempts lead to my webbrowser saying that these sites are no longer available.

CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARDS. It may be an inconvenience for a week or so, but it avoids anymore charges, better still, dont buy anything from this company - pack of ### that they are.

Money Was stolen out of my account without my consent or knowledge by wellbhealth.
I Want ALL MONEY RETURNED IMEADIATLY OR I WILL SUE FOR DAMAGES.

I researched the name on the charges to find out who this was. It is for a diet product, i am not over weight and would NEVER purchase such products especially online on a unsecure site.

I was SCAMMED also. They ultimately took approximately $150.00. I spent last evening researching, calling and chating online with them and this is what I found. It appears that Acaiburn [protected]) and WuYi [protected]) are related and I believe reside in the same building. They have a sister company named "EBOOK which JUST ONE COMPANY NAMED COMPREHENSIVE WEIGHT LOSS" [protected] (what is in" " is an actual chat I had so these are the facts.) Comprehensive has 2 departments) "We have one sister company which have 2 departments. "We are located in Des Moines, Iowa (US)" (again that is a direct quote from them. Department 1 phone number is [protected] and department 2 phne number is [protected]. I call them department 1 and 2 because they answer the phone customer service and guess what? Department 1 and Department 2 and a third number I have all have the same recording by the same person! So in closing it appears that both companies (because I was crazy enough to buy pills from Acaiburn and tea from WuYi so I was DOUBLE WHAMMIED! Both Acaiburn and Wuyi have the same sister company Comprehensive Weight Loss which has 2 departmens Insider Secrets and EBooks. I am not sure if the sister company name is Comprehensive or EBooks. But the fact is that 1 is the sister with 2 departments. So I was SCAMMED by both Acaiburn and WuYi who sent their sister company my information so money was being withdrawn from my account for Acaiburn's 'sister' membership (plus the 2 deparments) and WuYi 'sister membership (plus the 2 departments -- remember they are all the same company) for a total of 6 'withdrawals' per month. And for the record I returned it as soon as I received it, cancelled it and never received any refund. I went to my bank, and I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commision, the BBB, the Attorney General's Office of Iowa and the media. These people have to be stopped!

I ordered this so called " free trial" and when i got it, i immediately sent it back with a confirmation number/tracking number. 3 weeks later they charged my account and said they never received the bottle. they are Scam artists ! when i asked for my money back, she said" you'll have to file a claim with the post office. But it's not my fault they lost it so you're going to take my money? " Losers they should be ashamed of themselves, how can they go to bed at night and sleep knowing they are ripping people off!~ that is a lot of bad Karma on them!

This Company is taking unauthorized funds from my account and when I try to call for a refund and get it cancelled, I reach the voicemail. This was a very bad move and these company's that are making false advertisement IOT sell their products need to be shut down. Every month, they change the company name to seem as a disguise, however, I'm receiving the same bottles as the first time. If anyone have any good information on how to stop these unauthorized charges and get my refund back, I'll definitely appreciate it. Thanks. email address: berryke@lpd20.navy.mil

I originally ordered acaiburn on 6 April 2017 at $4.95- once i had submitted my order then another $20.00 was automatically added to my cost so i was charged a total of $24.95. i did read through the website but didn't see information regarding this cost! A week later $6.95 was taken from my account- statement said Web Access? unsure what this meant but presumed i wa charged for looking on the website. At this point i was going to cancel my card but due to forthcoming events i decided to leave it for now and deal wiith it the week after. 30 April $42.95 was taken from my account- i then cancelled my debit card. I feel completely sick knowing that these people can take money whenever they want - and not show this information clearly on their website. I have never bought goods from abroad before but feel really silly that i have been conned.

There is no such thing as a free trial. The Acai Berry scams lead the consumer to believe that they can cancel their order within 14 days and not be charged for the product, less shipping. Buyer beware, you will be charged for the product that was sent when you cancel. Also, after 14 days you will be automatically charged for another bottle. In order to not be charged you have to recieve, cancel, and return the product all within the 14 day trial period, which is virtually impoossible. I have read accounts from people claiming that they were able to do this, but were charged anyway. I have the utmost compassion for anyone struggling with their weight, but don't be fooled. This is a 100% scam. Avoid it.

DO NOT BUY FROM ACAI BURN! CANCEL YOUR DEBIT OR VISA CARDS IF YOU HAVE.

I have the same Horror story dealing with them as everyone else that has complained.
I saw a pop up to try acai burn weight loss pills for free so checked out there website. It was free just pay $4.95 s/h, immediately after clicking to charge my debit card I suddenly see more info in very small print to the side that I will be entered into a monthly program and charged $59.95. I tried to stop the transaction but couldn't it went thru, I was charged the $4.95 + .15 which went thru on 4-8-09, I called 1 wk later on 4-15-09 after receiving the "free" offer to cancel everything, within this time I of course got suspicious of this Company and saw on the website that $6.95 a month will be charged for web access, I did not ask or sign for this either, The email that I received gives the impression that you have to click the link for this which I did not The operator that I spoke with told me that she will cancel everything but appx on 4-28-09 I will still be charged the $59.95 for the pills and that when I receive them (which I haven't yet) to send them back and I will be refunded the $59.95, I told the operator that I did not like being charged all this and that's when she gave me the address etc. to send the pills back to, I also told her that in their policy (which I have a copy of) it said that they can not accept debit cards. Yesterday I was charged $6.95 for web access which I thought was canceled and I just discovered that there will be another charge of $39.00 for an e-book service. I just went to my bank to cancel my debit card, I also had to call Bank or America to confirm this and the operator told me that they're aware of this Co. and have received many complaints. When I type in acai burn in my web search I get a long list of complaints of unfair practices and hiding information.

I too have fallen prey to the Acai Burn fraud. They advertise a "free trial" - only charge $4.95 for shipping for a month's supply. But as you progress through the million screens, it becomes a two week supply (already warning signs everywhere!). I found the many, many complaints about this company right after I finished ordering, and used the live chat customer service to cancel the trial - maybe ten minutes after I had ordered, certainly before it had even been processed. I was informed that somewhere along the way, I had agreed to a $59.95 charge for the first month's supply (that was to come after the trial) - so while I would never be sent any product, I would be charged this. I have already contacted my bank and am making sure they will never see a penny, but my advice - stay away from these fraudsters.

I HAD MY TRIAL WHICH COST AFTER SHIPPING £19.00, THEN WITHIN A MONTH OF ME ORDERING MY TRIAL I HAD TWO SEPARATE AMOUNTS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TOTALING OVER £90.00.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE PRINTED SO SMALL ITS RIDICULOUS.
THE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE CHAT IS ALMOST USELESS, GIVING YOU PHONE NUMBERS THAT COST THE EARTH, SO I WENT BACK ONLINE TO CHAT AGAIN AND WAS INSTEAD GIVEN A FREE PHONE NUMBER WHICH IS ONLY IN USE DURING WEEKDAYS 9AM TILL 5 PM, IT IS [protected], FOR UK ONLY I ASSUME IT WILL BE FREE.
IM TOLD I WILL GET DETAILS FROM SOMEONE FROM THE CALL CENTRE ON HOW TO RETURN A PACK OF PILLS THAT ARRIVED IN THE POST TODAY.
BY THE WAY, NO THEY DONT EVEN WORK IN THE FIRST PLACE EITHER.

I agreed to try the "free trial" from acai burn and was told I would only have to pay the shipping cost. If I did not want to continue I needed to cancel in 21 days. Well this is not the case they had the first payment scheduled for 14 days from the day of the phone call. It takes 6 days to arrive so this makes it a liitle difficult to use the product and determin if it is even worth using the product. I am stilling waiting to see what happens on credit card. Buyer beware if it sounds to good to be true it proly is.

I also was scammed out of money by this fraudulent product. I managed to get a refund back by cancelling it immediately and also the fact i never received the product. Do NOT order this product it is a total scam, like all the other girls i could not get through on any of the phone numbers, eventually i think i managed to get a response to an email. I also got billed for the insider secrets cr*p and did not get a refund. There is no easy way girls. I got a personal trainer, the new thing is HIIT (high intensity interval training) which kick starts your metabolism, try weights-tones you up very quickly if you do it right. Give up the carbs or at least only eat in the morning like porridge and avoid mixing them with proteins. Eat 5 -6 small meals a day, drink loads of water and put a hard slog in the gym 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time. I've lost half stone in 6 weeks and am never hungry and my body is changing into a lovely toned one very quickly... good luck girly's but avoid this scam.. Go to your herbal health shop and get the green leaf tea extract tablets instead..16euro for 60..

Do not buy on eBay either

Stuff does NOT work at all.

I took them for 2 months now. No weightloss whatsoever, although I really watched my diet as well, and I also felt like my thyroid was running on overtime but NO weightloss!

Just cancel your creditcard like I had to do to get rid of this scam...

good luck.

Have reverted back to my old diet that really worked which is first personal diet. Does work but you need to keep the pounds off and that is the hardest... believe me. Especcially during the (happy) holiday season. (December)

This company claims they will send you a free trial if you pay s & h...this is a scam! After you recieve the pills they will charge you $58.75 and also continue to charge you every month. When you call to cancel they will put you all over the place having you call different numbers, chat with different people...just don't do it! When I asked one of the customer service reps if this is common they refused to give me an answer...when I said that it was a scam he said "ma'am I promise you there is no scam here...it's not our fault people don't read the entire website before ordering..." Don't waste your money on some fake diet pill and a rude company

They just did this to me too. They said the charges were all PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS. I am sorry but WHY before I even get the pills would they charge me $87 as a pre-authorization? I told the lady that that was misleading and that I will be reporting them to the BBB, and that I had found THIS site so I knew everything she was saying was a lie. She kept insisting that all the charges they did had not gone through and had been decliened (thank god for having no money in my account for them to take) So she had no idea why I was upset. That is BULL. If I recomend the product BUT NOT THE COMPANY!

I have just gone threw all this. 1. firstly GO INTO YOUR BANK and tell them you want them to look into it and they should freeze the transactions after you fill out any forms needed to give them permission. Dont wait for them to send them out, as legaly there are time limits (i had to pay a few of the dodgy debits cause of them). 2. Write a letter cancelling your authority to these companies and there 'associated companies' to direct debit your account and ask for a refund as you werent aware youd given them authority. 3 . Photocopy the letter, make sure it is dated, fax to your bank. 3. Send this letter 'Registered Post' to the return address on the parcell, if you recieved one! They are likely to pull up for awhile, then try it again under different company names, so mabey cancel card after you send letter.

Iv just started getting harassed by them again and am about to post another registered mail letter, cancelling old card and applying for new card under new details...hopefully that will be that and hopefully ive been able to help others in the same circumstances, tho consumer/direct debit laws may be diferent here in Australia.

UNETHICAL Approach to sign you up.

I too found to be issued with headaches trying to stop a trial for continuing with their products. Its now three months and attempting to call them drains my phone credit each time without success.

I have unopened bottles and I want to return them and get refunded.

I find it very unethical for this company to give cancellation and contact details after taking Credit card information which is placed in the most hardest reaches on their sites

Sharon, it's not productive to deal with these perpetrators. They did not deal with you in good faith at the start, and you can expect no better from them at a later time.

Go to your bank, cancel your credit card and, if necessary, close any of your bank accounts that Acai has been accessing and open new ones. You have to ACT NOW to cut them off from your money at your bank. Otherwise they will likely keep on drawing money from your accounts.

Let us know if you manage to get a refund and how you did so. Several Aussies have posted complaints and they seem to be the latest victims.

I submitted somewhere before but I will keep doing it till I get satisfaction. I got sucked in as far as I am concerned and it has cost me dearly. I am a mother of 4 and grandmother of 3 and can't believe I have lost so much money on something I ended up not even using. How dare AcaiBurn be so deceiving, free to cheap trial with no mention of the hundreds of dollars that will be taken out. I am going to take this higher as I intend on getting a refund for all the money I feel has been stolen from my account. Different names on account details and amounts everytime to me is trying to hide something. I feel sickened by my foolishness and AcaiBurns deceit.
I have cancelled over the phone and was told I would receive an email still hasn't arrived. Amazing how quick it is to get the money out but how slow it is to stop?
I will continue my fight for refund.

What a joke - I live in the UK and I have been scammed out of hundreds of pounds and my credit card wont refund my money, because I entered the details of my card on to the internet. I thought I had not continued with the purchase, I didn't receive any goods so thought nothing of it, until I got my credit card statement and saw hundreds of pounds have gone through my account. Oh yes - no goods either...!

If acai want to make amends and save thier reputation - give us all our money back then and stop stealing from us.

I repeat, THE ONLY QUICK AND CERTAIN WAY TO GET ACAI OUT OF YOUR LIVES AND OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS SEEMS TO BE TO TO CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD YOU USED AND HAVE IT REPLACED WITH A NEW NUMBER.

THEREAFTER, REBUFF ALL ATTEMPTS BY PHONE REPS FROM ACAI AND ITS AFFILIATES WHO WILL CALL YOU TO GET YOU TO DISCLOSE THAT NEW NUMBER.

The number of victims' complaints on this site shows that advertising is deceitful and their avoidance of easy opt out information reveals this to be a scam run by cyber-thugs.
