My parcel is still not delivered to me although have arrived almost 1 week

Please deliver my parcel www000001104355. Please deliver my parcel asap. I hope my parcel not lost. Thank you so much.

I have 3 Parcel which already arrived at ABX Facility and now the status keeps on showing "BKI LOGSHEET" for 1 week. why there is no new update ? i want to know where my parcel at. I already email but no response.

Hi Abx.
Want to lodge an unsatisfactory services provided regarding above consignment.

The mail was send out from SDK on 07/08/20 to KK. Until today 12/08/20 the mail didn't delivered.
As it's an important agreement legal documents, we had no choice but to go to KK office to self collect.
Being advised the mail was taken out to deliver by today 12/08/20 & time cannot confirmed.
As it's very important & today is the deadline, I don't mind to drive & meet up with the delivery person Shairal to self collect from where he is.
We spoke & agreed to meet at location Menggatal township. I waited for more than 1-1/2 hrs & didn't turn up.
1st few calls keep telling me "on the way" & just wait. later totally ignored my call.
Honestly KK is not a very city & not much of traffic jam. For 1-1/2 hr, i think i can manage to find & meet him to get my desperate letter if he had to tell me the exact location to meet up.

Until i had to call off the meeting with lawyer as i cannot give him a definite time & he also not free in late afternoon.

Had told all the sense of urgency due to legal agreement, but looks like all taken for it for granted.

We used Abx courier services expecting to get the express services.
I'll hold Abx responsible if any penalty incurred regarding this delay.

Kindly release my parcel as system shown arrived at Tawau Since 7 Aug, but until now I still not receive it, I called the driver many times but no pick up the phone, even called to office and talked to clerk, they cannot helped and asked me to contact the driver by myself. What is the services provided ? If they cannot deliver to the address as parcel, pls contact me and we can arrange another nearest place to meet and take my parcel.

Barang saya dah sampai kat kota kinabalu pada 27 julai. Tetapi sehingga sekarang saya belum terima barang saya. Dah lebih dari seminggu hampir 2 minggu. And tracking nda update. Padahal dah kat kota kinabalu. Kalau masih kat kl boleh terima lagi kalau lambat.

My parcel still not deliver to me but in tracking system shown as delivered.
When am call to abx sitiawan today morning. She said their delivery boy is part time job cant deliver on 28/7/2020. Then I ask why u key in as delvered in system. She say will deliver today and they normally do like that even they not deliver to customer. It assume as cheating case.
She never say sorry for provide such a bad service like that.
Now already 7.50pm. Still am not receive the parcel.
If abx provide service like this customer will loss trust on your service.

Abx is such a worst ever. Dah seminggu tak hantar my parcel. Bila call dia boleh pulak cakap barang banyak. Hello? Other courier lagi bersepah orang guna n banyak barang nak kena hantar. Elok je sampai paling lewat dia peram 2hari. Ko sampai seminggu lepastu bagi alasan bodoh apahal? Buat kerja tu cepat sikit ya sebelum customer ramai berambus tak nak guna courier ko. Tq!

25July2020 Item out for delivery jam 11 pagi, tunggu punya tunggu sampai petang tidak sampai. Cek tracking kata shipment hold sebab consignee not in office jam 4.34 ptg, why? Sebelum ni selalu sampai jak tidak pernah lagi tidak sampai. Lagipun aku diluar rumah bawa anak main jam 4 ptg sampai jam 5, tidak nampak pulak kelibat orang hntar brg. Kalau kau kata consignee not in office, kenapa tidak kol nombor yang ada di parcel tu?

Your delivery guy is lazy. Asking receiver to meet somewhere to deliver the parcel instead deliver it to the address given in the parcel. What kind of bs is that? Totally unacceptable attitude, and somehow keep calling the receiver to meet somewhere to pickup the parcel in which he can just deliver it to the address given stated on the parcel. If this thing happen again in the future, you better ask the customer to collect our parcel in your office and never ask for shipping fee!

You guys send to wrong address, not even CALL us.. how can u guys send to wrong house? cant u guys read the name, n get ic number? I checked thru website, had delivered 3 days ago but where? then we have to trace to guard house, to service center! and till now still didnt get the parcel. how can we put trust to this kind of service?

On 20/6/2020, I received called from abx postman ([protected]) mention that he trying to find my location address. After 3times he called me & I have explain detail of my location he still cannot find and promise me he will try to figure out. I did not receive my parcel and try to follow up on next day by calling him but he did not answer the phone.
Now I want to know where is my parcel been?
I have been paying your delivery fee, is this service worth for customer to receive?

we has contacted seller by shopee chat and informed them that item not received and request for refund but seller refused due to ABX system delivered but we still not receive any parcel yet. please attach us proof of delivery (P.O.D) to us for reference to seller ASAP.

so, my parcel arrived at abx warehouse since 30.05.2020 till now no update. When called abx kota kinabalu today (23.06.2020) at 2.43pm and spoke to Ms Cynthia. She said "ooh, the parcel aren't there anymore and suspected gone missing because of no new movement from the side" she also said that to just push the button refund at shopee. Wahhhhhh, like that ka?!

Today is June 23. Parcel arrived at Kuching ABX facilities 11 days ago and still not being delivered even though the recipient is also at Kuching itself.

Called Kuching customer careline [protected]), after put into waiting line for a while someone pickup and hang up immediately without speaking a single word!

Extremely poor and lousy service!

Please fix your service and your customer service. We aren't paying for nothing!

Dipost pada 9 jun 2020 sehingga kini 21 jun 2020 belum saya terima barang saya.. Saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan service penghantaran abx kerana terlalu lambat dan ini bukan pertama kali, ini sudah kedua kali menggunakan abx semasa pkp tempoh hari.. Sejujurnya saya betul2 menyesal dan kesal kerana mrnggunakan service abx.. Saya harap barang saya akan sampai secepat mugkin. Terima kasih...
