Abu Dhabi International Airport – Passport controls

We waited for more than 2 hours in line for “first arrivals” passport control!
Only 2 desks were open for a lot of people!
It is absolutely unsuitable!
When I asked the officer why so little desks are open for passport controls for so many people he said “next time go somewhere else”. I was not expecting such a “warm welcome”, now we know this will be our first and last trip to Abu Dhabi
