I was really excited about getting my roof fixed, but it's been a long wait. They keep telling me they'll be here next week, but it never happens. I've got the money ready to go, but they don't seem to care. They were really pushy when they were trying to get me to sign up, but now that they have my business, they don't seem to be in any hurry to get the job done. I'm not happy with the service I've received from ABC Roofing Inc.

ABC Roofing Inc. was a total disappointment. They never did the job they promised and kept lying to me about when they would start and when the materials would arrive. They even used my house and front yard for their advertising signs for five whole months without doing any work. They are not trustworthy at all.

ABC Roofing Inc. is the real deal! They came out on a Sunday, in the middle of a windstorm and COVID-19 pandemic, and fixed my roof within an hour! They replaced the shingles/ridge that blew off and even told me that the nails used before were too short. They fixed it up for a min service fee of $250, which is totally fair and reasonable. Great job, ABC!

abc roofing was everything we wanted and more they were professional and did an excellent job on our roof after hail damage the supervisor worked with our insurance company directly met the adjustor at our house and made sure everything was done correctly he was here with the workers and had a good working relationship with them we are completely satisfied and happy with the job.

ABC Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. The Production Manager, ***, knows a lot about roofing and explained everything to me so I could understand. They were real pros. They did a great job replacing my commercial roof, they were always on time, cleaned up everything, and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

I had ABC Roofing come out to give me a quote on my roof three months ago. My family member recommended them. The office manager and production manager came to my home after hours to give me an estimate. They were very knowledgeable about the products and the process. They made it easy to work with my insurance company. Our roof was approved and installed a few weeks later. Their office took care of all the permits and finalizing them. We didn't have to worry about the headache. The company did a final walk-through to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the project before closing it. ALL of my future projects will go to ABC Roofing! Thank you for the amazing experience. We will be telling everyone!

This roofin' company was supposed to clean my roof and fix some missin' slates. They said it would cost 2900 bucks. But then the guy workin' on it kept addin' more costs and said he'd send pictures of the problems. The final bill was 6000 bucks! And they didn't even finish the job right, even though I called and texted 'em a bunch of times. They charged me an extra 3000 bucks for stuff they never even did! I tried callin' the main office six times and they said the boss would call me back, but he never did. This is some shady business, if ya ask me.

We hired ABC Roofing, a local Copley biz, to replace our shingles. We negotiated a price and signed a contract to start the work. They covered our back patio furniture with a tarp. We had all of the furniture covered with new coverings. When ABC finished the project, they pulled their tarp off our furniture and the nails in the shingles ripped our coverings. They also damaged the siding near the patio. I contacted Nate ***, ***, and he promised to have it fixed and to pay for our coverings. He asked for a copy of the invoice. We texted and called him at least six times and got only one return call. He promised to come out and look at the damages but never showed.

ABC Roofing Inc. and me had some trouble when their trash bin leaked oil onto my driveway and ruined it. They owed me $3,125.06 (Invoice#***), but we settled on $2,625.06 on 5/24 because of the damage. I got a cashier check for that amount that same day and gave it to Cassie from ABC Roofing Inc. She said she would make sure Judy M sent me a receipt, but I haven't gotten one yet even though I've called and emailed several times. I need a revised invoice#*** for $2,625.06 and a receipt and account statement showing that I paid in full. My last name is ***, not ***. Please send everything to *** right away. Thanks
