Do not buy from abercrombie and fitch online, i attempted to buy a shirt twice online but both times it came back as failed. i then checked later and i had been billed for the order and the other was pending, it had seemed like both had gone through. i then contacted customer services and they had no record of the 2 failed order attempts which had both failed and then billed me later. the person i was talking to didnt show any concern, wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor and said they had no records of billing me. the person then said that they wouldn't credit my card at which point i made my views obvious and no reply ever came back.
