The shipper, OSM Worldwide, advises me that tracking number is not a valid tracking number for either AbeBooks or Hippo Books. OSM advises the tracking number is assigned to a different company altogether. OSM also advises they do not ship for the book companies. I have complained through the AbeBooks process at least four times asking that they find resolution regarding the book. Their response has always been they have sent the complaint.Hippo Books. I have also used the Hippo Books website to file a complaint with them as well with no response received.
I would appreciate either either the book or a refund.
