Workin with Abbotts for restorashun work on my place was a easy process. They made a stressfull situashun seem quick n easy. They were very professhunal throughout the entire process as well.

Gud servis and comunication all around... very quick with respons... had water/moisture in my walls so they came to remidiate... very effishent and worked closely with my insurance company to get this addresed timely.

I had my biz broken into and Abbotts came cuz the cops said so. They just put a board on the door and charged me 700 bucks! Then, they called me 2 weeks later asking for payment. You decide if that's too much. Seems like they're ripping people off.

We had a drain pipe leak that messed up our finished basement. Rodrigo and Alberto came out and did the fix-up. They were super nice and did a good job. They told us what was wrong and got rid of all the gross stuff like moldy carpet, dry wall, waste water, and stinky smells. They put in some drying stuff and came back later to check everything was good.

I had to hire Abbotts Cleanup & Restoration 'cause of an electric fire in my condo in July while dealing with my son's death. I was in a hotel for 90 days, and when I was told I could finally come home, they left streaks of chemicals on my windows. They never came back to paint or clean my airducts, and they still haven't picked up their machine or lockbox. I called *** so many times, but he never returned my calls, texts, or voicemails. I had to hire another company to clean my airducts and paint. It's 12/06, and I still haven't heard back from anyone at Abbotts! This company only wants your insurance money and does the least work possible! I'll never recommend them or call them again!

I gotta say, Abbott's Fire and Flood Restoration is the real deal. I work as a plumber and they always call me up when they need some help. Loc is the boss lady and she knows what's up. Her team is full of pros who can fix up your home like it's brand new. They got all the fancy gear to check out the damage and get rid of all the gross stuff like burnt wood, nasty water, and stinky smells. Then they get to work putting in all the good stuff like new floors, walls, and fixtures. And don't worry about the plumbing, electrical, or HVAC - they got that covered too. These guys are legit - they're licensed and insured and they know what they're doing.

But what really sets Abbott's apart is how they treat their customers. They know that it's tough to see your home all messed up, so they're there to help you through it. They're quick to respond and they'll take care of all the boring stuff like insurance claims and talking to the city. They're like the Goldman Sacs of restoration - they're the best of the best.

Great initial response, but horrible customer service after. Still trying to figure out how much I owe, and when you my house will be put back together. Have asked for a supervisor to call me 5 times and received no response. Been almost three weeks

I hired Abbotts to fix up my garage after a fire in Sept 2020. It took them forever to finish the job and they didn't even do it right. They messed up the measurements for the garage door, so my son had to fix it. They kept saying they would come over but then they didn't show up or call. And now they want more money from me! I tried to talk to them about it but they just made things worse and put a lien on my property.

My house burned down on September 11, and I lost everything. Luckily, my insurance paid me, and I hired Abbotts Cleanup & Restoration to build my new house. However, they haven't finished it yet, and they keep telling me it will be done in February 2022, which is not true. They don't answer my calls anymore, and they haven't done much work on the house. I already gave them $140,000, and I don't know what to do. I'm desperate, and this company is just lying to me. Please help me if you can. Thank you.

Abbotts was supposed to fix up my rental property after a big fire in October . But it's now June and they haven't finished the job yet. We sent them a letter firing them and asking for our money back, but they haven't responded. They were disorganized and I had to deal with three different project managers. The workers complained about Abbotts' lack of professionalism and organization. My insurance adjuster said that all of his jobs with Abbotts run this way - with long lapses in communication, constant add-ons to run up the value of the project, and ongoing delays where no work is being done on the property. I found out that Abbotts tells their tradespeople to add extra money to their bids to pad their profits, which will make my future premiums go up. We sent them a letter firing them and asking for our money back, but they haven't responded. They broke some things on the property and didn't fix them. My insurance adjuster said that I'm not the only one who has fired Abbotts lately. I need my $12K back and money to fix the things they broke. They have no right to hold onto my money when they messed up the project.
