We recently tried Edmonton Indoor Clean Air Services for getting my ventilation ducts cleaned. *** came out explained everything to us. We discussed what needed to be done. Furnace and hot water tank replaced two years ago - don't need that done. Gave us a quote. Made an appointment for the next day. *** was going to be late, changed time. Plenty of notice. When he came it was within 10 minutes of when he said he would come. Polite, knowledgeable, asked if we had any questions, and proceeded to get to work. Very efficient, and when he was done everything was right back the way it was. When he handed us the bill with the checklist of what he had done, there were no hidden costs. The cost was the same as the quote! Would use them again. Highly recommend this company. Thank you

I recently tried Edmonton Indoor Clean Air Services for getting my furnace inspected and my ventilation ducts cleaned. They also do a variety of other services as well such as checking and servicing hot water tanks, Air Conditioning Services and so on. The work was promptly and efficiently completed over a two day period. The workmen were polite and efficient in performing their tasks. They cleaned up after themselves such that one would never have known they were even there. I appreciated that very much. It adds greatly toward customer satisfaction. I spoke with the manager Kevin and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and acomodating as well. I was overall, very happy with the guaranteed results and I certainly can attest to the fact that they are tops when it comes to this sort of service here in Edmonton. Since our furnace and hot water tank were replaced two years ago, they didn't require attention. The technician provided us with a quote and we made an appointment for the next day. He informed us in advance that he was going to be late and rescheduled with plenty of notice. When he arrived, it was within 10 minutes of the new agreed time. He was polite and knowledgeable, inquired if we had any questions, and then proceeded to get to work. His efficiency was notable, and upon completion, everything was restored to its original state. The bill, accompanied by a checklist of the completed tasks, had no hidden costs. The final cost matched the initial quote! We would definitely use their services again and highly recommend this company. Thank you.
