Been dealing with these guys for almost a decade now. They get their stuff to me sooooo fast, it's almost like they're teleporting it. So, I ordered some ink back in April from 999inks.co.uk and I haven't gotten my order yet. So we placed an order on the 999inks website for some Canon Replacement Ink Cartridges. When the delivery arrived, we were disappointed to find that we had received compatible ink cartridges instead. The picking list included on the invoice manifest clearly stated that we had ordered Canon Replacement Ink Cartridges, so we were confused as to why we had received something different. We tried to contact the company via email but received no response. So, we decided to use the chat option on the website instead. We were informed that Canon replacements didn't necessarily mean genuine Canon items. This was news to us, as we assumed that Canon replacements meant replacing with Canon items.

We were not satisfied with the response we received from this company, as we felt it was a bit misleading to call these items Canon Replacement Ink Cartridges when they were actually just compatible inks. We ended up having to return the items and requested prepaid postage labels so that we didn't have to pay for the return shipping. However, the company insisted that they would only refund us once they received the items back. We were not happy with this, as we had already paid for an item that we didn't actually receive. It didn't seem fair that we should have to pay to return something that was not as advertised.

We decided to escalate the issue through Paypal and eventually received our refund. However, we were left feeling disappointed and unlikely to order from this company in the future. I was really disappointed with my purchase from 999inks.co.uk. I mean, if I had the option, I would've given them zero out of five stars! Don't even think of buying ink cartridges from these guys! So, I ordered an original multi pack ink cartridge for my printer, and it cost me a whopping £48.98. But guess what? When I received it last Friday and tried printing some test pages this Monday, the print was so bad that I had to perform a testing sheet. Even then, the quality was just terrible! I had only printed less than 10 pages, and already, the ink levels had dropped significantly! The worst part? The pink colour had dropped to just a quarter of the ink, while the other colours - black, blue, and yellow - had dwindled down by half!

What a load of rubbish!

So, the advisor promised that their manager would contact me as soon as possible. But it's been days, and I'm still waiting. So, based on my personal experience, please don't waste your money on such rubbish products and dreadful customer service. Stay away from them!

While she was jabbering away, I took photos and emailed her right then to show her I was for real. I was appalled when she said I was right about them sending me the wrong cartridges, but they wouldn't refund me until they received them back, but they never sent them in the first place? I asked to speak to the manager again, but the lady said he'd ring me back, but what do you know, she hung up on me!
