I hired 911 Claims Corp. to help me with my home claim, but it's been 3 years and nothing has been done. The company doesn't return calls or stay in touch. They don't follow up with the insurance company or respond in a timely manner. The insurance filed a judgment in court, and the case was closed without repairs because of default. I questioned someone named *** from 911 Claims, and he has no idea what's going on. He said the attorney would call to explain and not to worry because the insurance company was just trying to scare us. The repairs haven't been done, the case was closed, and now I can't insure my property. My husband spoke with *** on 03/22/2022, and he basically told my husband he was washing his hands of the problem and to call the insurance and figure it out.

The peple at 911 Claims and the Public Adjuster Pablo Camilo-Garcia keep giving us the run around when asking for a Withdrawal Form. My wife and I have been contacting 911 claims by phone, text and emails for more than a month asking the employees, manager and Pablo Camilo-Garcia (Public Adjuster) for a Withdrawal Form in order to use a different Public Adjuster that specializes in cast iron pipe issues and we keep getting the run around.They say they are going to email it ASAP and they never do. When we call the office, they put us on hold for 20-30 min and hang up. The Public Adjuster Pablo doesn't even respond to our phone calls or text messages now. Without the Withdrawal Form from 911 Claims, we cannot hire another Public Adjuster and proceed with the claim. It has now come to the point where the insurance company (Citizens) is going to close the case on us. I guess 911 Claims and their Adjuster is only cooperative and helpful when they have something to gain financially.

Public Adjuster *** (License #*** with ***, was recommended by a colleague to help me with the damages caused by Hurricane ***. My insurance company *** refused to install a tarp on the roof after the adjustor said that strong winds blew away several shingles and knocked down two sections of my fence. I mentioned this to my colleague, and she immediately recommended Ms.. *** came to my house on a Saturday to inspect the roof and the fence. She assured me that she could assist and guaranteed that my company (***) would not only pay for the roof but also remove and reinstall the solar panels. However, the contract *** gave me only has the date of Hurricane *** (9/29/22), and to this day (11/23/22), *** doesn't answer her phone, reply to my text messages, or respond to my emails. The company she works for, 911 Claims Corp., ***, also doesn't respond to my emails. Before *** came to my house, another Public Adjustor was willing to help me, and because *** was highly recommended, I didn't hire him. However, he answers his phone when I call him. Due to ***'s lack of performance, failure to respond, and lack of communication, I no longer want *** to handle my house. I am extremely disappointed. At this point, I don't know if this is a legitimate company or if they take advantage of senior citizens affected by Hurricane ***. Additionally, *** sent someone to my house without my consent to inspect under the kitchen sink. On October 22, 2022, he cut part of the water drainage, which wasn't leaking at the time, and installed a plastic one. When he left, it started to leak because he didn't tighten it properly. I had to tighten it myself to stop the leak, creating a problem I didn't have before. I am asking for your assistance in canceling these contracts as *** hasn't done anything to help with the roof damage. Thank you for promptly addressing this request.
