Thieves, extortionists, and liars.
Tried to open an account with them. They took my money and applied it to my ex-wife's account. Then they claimed to be unable to find my payment since it wasn't on my account. This is not some misunderstanding. I have provided the payment tracking information from my bank. Their support is smarmy and dissembling and continues to claim to be unable to find my payment. This company claims to help couples avoid abusive behavior but itself blatantly lies to customers.
I say "extortionists" because their business model revolves around getting the courts to force people to use their service. They have a monopoly and it shows in their profoundly rude approach to customer service.
The claims of what their product does are obviously absurd. Only a complete [censored] could believe that this product would in any way actually help someone. Its advertised utility is that it saves messages. News flash: ANY IDIOT CAN SAVE MESSAGES. In fact, your e-mail automatically does this unless you delete the messages, and why on Earth would you do that if you want to save them? The testimonials online reek of falsehood; obviously the pseudonymous fantasies of their marketing team.
Avoid at all costs. There is certainly some kickback scheme whereby this company is paying to have broken families forced into doing business with them.
Desired outcome: The company should not be in business. Anyone working there should realize they are contributing to the destruction of decent society. Failing that, a refund would be the minimum to give these gangsters some veneer of legitimacy.
Parenting communication app'
I do not trust our family wizard and will never use it again (I stopped ~` 2/28/2020), no matter what my wife and attorney try to force me to do. I would not have enrolled in OFW. If I knew they would roll messages I deleted in the sent box before my estranged wife "viewed them" right back into her inbox. I was stupid and naive enough to trust OFW. I mistakenly thought, like calling an email back in outlook, that OFW. Had a fair safeguard to help a frustrated dad and husband recall a critical message. Instead the hand full of "bad day" messages I had deleted, were recycled back in and used by my wife and attorney in court docs. That is very deceptive and shameful OFW! Please place a red flag notice on your web site to inform users when they send a message they can not recall it.
I know that I will win the case if I would like to open the case.
