On April 7, 2007 I used the 91 Express Lanes without an account. Two weeks later I received a fine for $20.00 which I paid, since I was guilty. Now, two weeks ago I received a notice from a collection agency telling me I owed $40.00 for a fine in April of 2007 that I didn't pay. My wife called 91 Express Lanes and was told to pay the fine or they would report us to the credit agencies. They also claimed they had been trying to get a hold of us for a year and a half. That's funny, I receive correspondence from 91 Express Lanes via email and postal delivery on a regular basis. I have since emailed them to ask what the problem is, but reading other accounts on this web site, I expect no response. Do not use 91 Express Lanes. They are pulling scams on people and I will be canceling my account.

I also got two citations from 91 Express lanes stating that I was on the 91 E and another for the 91 E & 55
11/12 21 The problem is that I was sick in bed for three days after a got a Shingles vaccine and did not leave my house and my car remained in my driveway., both my daughter and boyfriend attest that I never left my house. I do no live anywhere near the the 91 fwy or use their Express lanes and have no contacts or business in the area.
They however state that they have a picture of my car and plates when I called to complain. I am being charged $81 and threats of further penalites if I do not pay. Furthermore, the engine is my car was blown and I was just driving short distances if fear of being stranded somewhere until I found a new car.
Who do I make a formal complain to?

So I get a Bill from a lawyer Representing I 91, who wants me to pay a Bill from two years ago . Well I’ve been living in Arizona for six years now, turning in all California Plates.
The thing is, that all my Evidence, I have turning in to the DVM, here in Arizona isn’t prof enough. So I was 700 miles away from I 91, still not good enough for this Dam Lawyer working for I 91. Calling a Scam a Scam, this takes the cake.
