I ordered from 3G Mobile CCTV on the 17th of February and paid for my item. However, it's been a whole month now and I haven't received any information about my order. I've tried to reach out to them through emails and messages, but I haven't received any replies at all. It's frustrating because the item I ordered is still in stock, so I don't understand why there's been such a delay. I hope they can get back to me soon and provide me with some updates on my order.

I bought a camera from 3G Mobile CCTV and it was a piece of cake. The whole process was super easy and I got an email saying that the camera was sent out. I can't find any faults with this transaction and I would definitely suggest this company to anyone.

3G Mobile CCTV is the bomb! They just came out with a new solar-powered CCTV camera that's perfect for keeping an eye on places that don't have any power. The solar panel charges up the battery so you don't have to worry about running out of juice. Plus, it's super easy to set up because you don't need a bunch of cables or anything like that.

I was a little skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. The picture quality is amazing and I can see everything that's going on, even when it's dark outside. I love that I can access the camera from my phone or computer, so I can check on things even when I'm not there.

The only downside is that the instructions were a little hard to follow. I had to do some trial and error to get everything set up correctly. But once I figured it out, it was smooth sailing.

Overall, I would definitely recommend 3G Mobile CCTV to anyone who needs a reliable surveillance system. It's affordable, easy to use, and it works great!

I called up the folks at 3G Mobile CCTV and the sales rep was super friendly, so I decided to place an order. However, weeks later, I still hadn't received anything and my emails were ignored. I was starting to get worried, so I called them up and they told me that they had major delays and some items were not of suitable quality - but that they'd send them when they received them.

I waited patiently for 3 months, and finally got an email saying that my order would be sent out soon. However, 1 month later and still no news - emails were all ignored and I couldn't reach them by phone. I started to get frustrated and wondered if this was a real company or not. I mean, if they were just buying items on Alibaba and shipping them when received, then I could do it myself.

I honestly don't know if the quality/warranty would be honored if they are just cheap third-party imports. I had hoped that this was a quality service and product (at this higher price), but I don't know the deal anymore. So, I opted to inform the bank so they can reverse the transaction.

It's a shame because I was really excited about the product, but the lack of communication and delays made me lose faith in the company. I hope they can improve their customer service and delivery times in the future.

Still awaiting a refund for cancelled purchase from February 2023 despite many phone calls and emails to S. in sales. Promises to look into refund but ignored and still no response from cals/last 2 emails of chasing refund. S. in sales has been sent this info and contacted by phone and email numerous times by both myself and my husband
