Refund - pledged in feb 2023 - still awaiting in november 2023!
Still awaiting a refund for cancelled purchase from February 2023 despite many phone calls and emails to S. in sales. Promises to look into refund but ignored and still no response from cals/last 2 emails of chasing refund. S. in sales has been sent this info and contacted by phone and email numerous times by both myself and my husband

Claimed loss: £420.60 - refund was never returned back to our Mastercard payment. Please refund with immediate effect - Order was cancelled in Feb 2023
Desired outcome: Refund paid back to Mastercard as promised
