Cellification is a website that I recently purchased an iPhone from. I was excited to receive my new phone, but unfortunately, my experience with Cellification was not a good one. I placed my order over 10 days ago and they charged my card the same day. However, since then, nobody has picked up the phone or returned my phone calls. This has caused me a lot of frustration and disappointment.

On the fifth day after placing my order, I received an email from Cellification stating that my phone would be shipped from California, even though they had originally told me it would come from New York. This was confusing and made me wonder if they were trying to deceive me. I was hoping to receive my phone soon, but I had to wait another 5 days before it finally arrived.

When I received my phone, I was disappointed to find that it was missing some of the accessories and the charger. The retail box was also dirty and ripped, which made me wonder if the phone was refurbished. This was not what I was expecting from a new phone.

Overall, my experience with Cellification was not a good one. I would not recommend buying from them if you want to save yourself the aggravation. They are not reliable and their customer service is terrible. I hope that they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I would advise others to look elsewhere for their phone needs.

So, I decided to give Cellification a try and ordered a Verizon cellphone from them. At first, I was impressed with their customer service. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions before I gave them my credit card information. However, things took a turn for the worse after I placed my order.

I have been trying to get in touch with them for a week now, but they have not returned any of my phone calls or emails. To make matters worse, they gave me incorrect tracking information for my package. According to the tracking information, my package is supposed to be going to Brooklyn, but it should actually be going to North Dakota.

I am starting to think that Cellification is a scam website. They won't answer their phones or respond to my emails, and I have no idea where my package is. I have tried calling and emailing them every day for a week now, but I have not received any reply or answer as to where my package is.

Overall, I would not recommend using Cellification. Their customer service was great before I placed my order, but after they got my information and I placed my order, they have been completely unresponsive. If you are looking for a reliable website to order a cellphone from, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Melvin went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to call outside stores, consult with other people, and did it all with kindness. He was extremely personable and empathetic to the issue I was having. I was truly impressed with his level of customer service.

Overall, I would highly recommend Cellification to anyone in need of a new phone. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide range of phones to choose from. And if you find yourself needing help, I would highly recommend asking for Melvin. He was extremely helpful and truly embodied decent customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had an experience with Cellification and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I ordered a blackberry phone from their website and while it did arrive a bit later than expected, it was still within an acceptable timeframe. However, upon receiving the product, I was extremely disappointed with what I got.

Firstly, the phone did not seem new at all. It was clear that it had been used before and was not in the condition that I was expecting. Additionally, the back cover was missing and there was no receipt or invoice number included in the package. The only thing that was in the box was the charger.

When I called to speak to someone about the issue, I was put in touch with a person named Frank. While he did say that I could ship the phone back if it was not up to my standards, I could tell from his reaction that he was used to receiving calls like mine on a daily basis. It was clear that they were not running a good business and were not concerned about customer satisfaction.

At this point, I am not sure if I will be able to ship the phone back and receive a refund. I have a feeling that these guys are frauds and will not follow through on their promises. It is extremely disappointing to feel cheated like this and I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Cellification to stay away.

However, when I received the phone on April 9, 2011, I was shocked to see that it showed signs of heavy use. To make matters worse, when I checked the phone record, I saw that there were over 30 hours worth of phone calls on the phone. This was a clear indication that the phone had been used extensively before it was sold to me. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation, and I tried to contact the company numerous times to resolve the issue.

I called their phone service at (***355) multiple times, but each time I was left on hold for approximately 5 minutes before a message asked me to leave a name and phone number. I left my information and waited for a call back, but I never received one. I called at least 10 times over the course of a few days, but I was never able to speak with anyone from the company.

To make matters worse, the phone did not come with all of the factory parts. It should have come with an instruction booklet and a headset, but these items were missing. Additionally, the phone did not come in its original factory packaging. I had purchased a Nokia brand phone, but it came in an AT&T box. My warranty card and paperwork were also missing.

Overall, my experience with Cellification.com was extremely disappointing. I was sold a phone that was clearly not new, and I was unable to get in touch with anyone from the company to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to purchase a new cell phone.

I had a really bad experience with Cellification and I want to share it with you. I ordered an iPhone 2G that was unlocked for international use. I called them three times to make sure that I would receive it before I left the country. Each time I called, they told me that the phone had already shipped, but when I checked the website, it still said that the order was pending. I was really frustrated because I needed the phone for my trip.

Finally, after a month of waiting, I received the phone. But when I opened the box, I realized that it was the wrong phone! And to make matters worse, the phone was scratched up. I was so angry and disappointed. I had been out of town when the phone arrived, so I had to call them back to get a refund. But they told me that they couldn't give me a refund because the phone was two weeks late. They said that they would exchange it for me, but I would have to pay for the postage to send it back to them.

I was so frustrated with their bad customer service that I just gave up and kept the phone they sent me. I didn't want to pay them any more money out of principle. I needed the phone for my trip, so I had no choice but to keep it. But I would never order from Cellification again. They are highly unprofessional and their products are late and scratched up. If you want to avoid a bad experience like mine, do not order from this company.

I recently bought a phone from Cellification (cellification.com) and I have to say, it was a terrible experience. I ordered a brand new phone in a sealed box, but what I received was a dirty, poorly refurbished phone that was not in a sealed box. To make matters worse, there were no phone instructions or manual included. I felt like I had been ripped off and scammed by this company.

When I tried to return the phone, I was told that I needed to provide a receipt of sale. However, the "sales summary" that they had sent me was not the same as a proper receipt. A sales summary only provides a brief snapshot of the transaction, whereas a receipt reflects the complete transaction. The sales summary only listed the type of phone, but not the condition of the phone, which was supposed to be new and in a sealed box.

It was clear to me that this company was trying to deceive me and take advantage of me. I was not going to send the phone back to them and risk being scammed again by them claiming that my sales summary did not reflect a new phone. I wish I had taken a snapshot of the advertisement that clearly stated that the phone was new and in a sealed box before I made the purchase.

To make matters worse, their customer service was terrible. I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone and when I did, they were not helpful at all. I cannot stand liars and thieves, and that is exactly what this company is.

In the end, I had to purchase a new phone from another company. My advice to anyone thinking about doing business with Cellification is to run away as fast as you can. Do not do business with this company. They are crooks and will try to scam you.

Cellification.com is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. I recently ordered a Motorola i580 phone from them, which was supposed to be yellow and unlocked. However, my experience with this company was nothing but bad. I placed my order on January 10th and was told to wait for 1-3 days for the order to be processed and shipped. However, three days later, my order status was still listed as "Pending".

I tried to contact them through their phone number and email, but they never answered or replied to my messages. I was frustrated and didn't know what to do. Finally, my mom kept calling them, and after an hour, someone named "Melvin" answered the phone. He told her that the phone had been shipped via USPS and gave her a tracking number. He also gave her his direct number in case of any problems.

However, when I checked the tracking number, USPS had no record of it. I also tried calling "Melvin's" direct number, but it was a wrong extension. Two days later, the website showed that the phone had been shipped, but I had my doubts because of my previous experience with them.

Finally, after waiting for seven days longer than what the website said, I received the phone. However, it was not yellow as I had ordered, but black. Moreover, it was not unlocked, which meant that I could only use it with Nextel. I was very disappointed because I had paid extra for the high visibility yellow and unlocked phone.

When I tried to return the phone, I found out that I needed an authorization number, which I could only get by calling them. However, they never answered my calls or replied to my emails. I was stuck with a phone that I didn't want and couldn't use.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Cellification.com to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't deliver what they promise. I regret ordering from them and hope that others can learn from my experience.

I recently made an order on Cellification's website, but it's been five days and my order status is still pending. I've called their customer service more than three times, and the first time I spoke to a guy with an Indian accent who was extremely rude. He told me that my card was declined, but when I called my bank, they said that the payment was approved. The second time I called, the same guy answered and told me that it usually takes 1-3 days to process an order, so I waited. After three days, I called again and spoke to a different guy who told me that the phone I was looking for was out of stock. He was much nicer than the first guy, and he offered me a used phone at a discounted price. I decided to buy the used phone, and they promised to update the price on their website and refund the difference to my card within two hours.

Unfortunately, it's been 30 hours since they promised me the refund, and the price on their website is still the original price without a discount. My order status is still pending, and I haven't received any money back on my card. I'm very disappointed with their credit and reputation.

Today, I called them for the last time and cancelled my order since there was no refund on my card and the phone was not shipped. They explained that they were going to change the status in their own system, which can only be seen by their staff. I was surprised when they asked me to delete my review on the internet, which made me think that they care about their reputation. I will call my bank in eight hours to see if they refunded my money like they promised. If they don't, I'll talk to my lawyer and sue them without a doubt.

On July 12, 2023 I found what appeared to be a really good price for a brand new A 53 5G Samsung smart phone. I called the merchant and spoke with an agent who was very informative and polite, he answered all of my inquiries sufficiently. I asked him, if I order the phone and if for some reason when I

recieve it, and there is any kind of problems with this phone, may I return it free of charge for a full refund? The agent assured me of a 100% full refund, no return shipping charges or extra fee's. So I ordered the new phone from Cellification, I was shocked when I recievied this order, when I opened the box and removed the phone from the plastic covering I immediatlly noticed small scrathces all over the screen.

I called Cellification and explained this problem to them and the agent took a

different attitude from when they sold the phone to me. He was unreasonable

and I could not get a straight answer on how I was to get a full refund for this

damaged supposedly new phone.

I have called numerous times now to customer service and they put me on indefinite hold. I have left many voice mails for them to return my call, yet

no return calls from this company.

I filled a charge dispute with American Express, but from past experiences

with American Express it does not look good.

The short answer is simple in all of this, I should not have done business

with Cellification.

This company, Cellification, also known as Cell2get, is not one to be trusted. It's important to be cautious when dealing with them. Their address is difficult to locate, and their phone number is often unanswered, making it difficult to resolve any issues that may arise. I had to put in a lot of effort to track down someone to help me with my problem.

I ordered a phone from them, and it took a month and a half to arrive. I had to track it twice, once from China. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was not new, as advertised. It was obviously refurbished in China. The buttons were worn, and there was no instruction book included. To make matters worse, the battery died within 10 minutes of being fully charged.

It's important to be careful when dealing with Cellification. They may not be the most reliable company out there. If you do decide to purchase from them, make sure you do your research and read reviews from other customers. Don't make the same mistake I did.
