i want someone's ### for this joke of a site 360 share scam, i bought the lifetime membership and mow there nowhere to be found ... i think we need to put together a lawsuit because these people took all this money from us to provide a service and their not living up to the expectations

I feel the same as everybody else. 360sharepro is a rip-off, i payed for a life time membership, and it just stop working.

I too got 360 pro share, waqs led to believe that I would be billed 99cent per month for 2 years. My credit card was billed for $62.14. My math tells me it should have been $22.66. I can get a hold of them because the email with pass word and user name automatically deleted itself after 10 mins. Scam or what

I purchased 360 sharepro just like everyone else a lifetime subsciption then about a year ago it wouldn't do anything. It will not search for anything. I am very upset because I'm scared to purchase another service because I just can't keep throwing money away. Could some tell me another dl service that actually works or one with good feedback/thank you for listening to me.

WOW! what a bummer this site sucks... tried to download some music got nothing but crap...Paid 80.00+ dollars and can't speak to anyone. Will try to stop payment . Trying to get to bearshare how the hell did I land up here...

stated price of about $19 for 1 year. Download was not limited. put it on card; received e-maik and the cost became 53$&change. Can not get to them so tomorrow wll go to the bank and stop payment on my credit card. Like others, can"t download a thing. It does seem to me that after reading other complaits it is ONE BIG %&#@)_&%scam!

I purchased your 360 Share Pro today via my Mastercard. I am totally disappointed with the program and am requesting a refund to my credit card. I am interested only in music with no vocals as I am a singer. I find that there is very little choice if any music with no vocals. Please refund my money and I will delete the program from my computer. It seems to be interfearing with other programs I have also. Your immediate attention is appreciated.

it's crap, i ended up paying $72.00 for a "lifetime" membership. my computer crashed and when i rebooted and went on line to reinstall everything was fine until i tried to run 360 pro...quite the scam

i was only charged $34.95 for the life time memborship got lots of music then i caught viruses from some songs. so we crashed our comp and now they wont give us our music saying that our password is wrong and they have no customer service what a wast of money

they must be hiding cuz no phone # to contact them ive downloaded almost 2000 songs paid 34.95 for lifetime memborship with no limits. my computer caught virus from a few downloads and it crashed so tried to get 360 back but cant get it come out of hiding you chickens

hey guys there is a phone # and i found it it is the actual # for customer support they helped me and now my downloads are much faster the # is [protected].. they will be able to help you they helped me with no questions asked.my comp crashed and couldnt remember my password .and now i have it back

Paid for the "lifetime" version. It worked for a while, then for no reason, it stoppped. Despite several attemps to reconnect, I've finally given up... the good news is... I'm not the only one who got ###ed up!

I can't open it on my computer at home. I can at work though. I don't know what's different. Both are XP. The way I do it at work is to go program files/360SharePro/GUI/360SharePro.exe It works perfectly, and it's a really great program. Unfortunately I can't continue using it at work so I need it to operate at home.

I've had no response at all from the WINMX support. Disappointed about that.

I paid for the 360sharepro it worked at first, then my pc crashed. When i rebooted it i logged in to 360share members site with my password, i downloaded it but it wont download the pro version and I've paid for it.

I purchased this 360SharePro December 26, 2006. Last month we were unable to access downloading anything from this site anymore. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them and they give you an automated reply telling me what to do but nothing works. Does anyone know how I go about taking steps to stop these people from ripping off anyone else? Your help would be appreciated.
