If anyone is considering getting plantation shutters, don't use 3 Day Blinds! They should have named their company 3 month blinds...

It's impossible to get through to customer support. I've waited on hold over 15 minutes a few times already. They don't communicate any estimates of when the shutters will be ready or installed. I gave them 50% when I ordered and they took the other 50% soon afterwards without asking.

They used a hard sell tactic and offered a discount if we ordered while the sales representative was there. So we didn't get estimates from other companies. I think they were overpriced.

3 Day Blinds installed our plantation shutters and the installer from Great Windows Services - Florida W took my Ridgid Impact Driver and 2 amp battery! I don't know if this was accidental or intentional, but this is one of the worst experiences that I've ever had with a company.

Recommendation: Avoid 3 Day Blinds at all cost!
