I had ordered 2 shutters one for a bathroom and one for my laundry room. They were installed on 04/22/2026. Both shutters are not flush against the wall to which light is coming through and we got the shutters to prevent light. our other ones installed and purchased by a different company are flush against the wall and no light is visible coming in. Our installer (Ivan) tried to use weather stripping to cover it up. I called our Salesman (Joe Lapolla) and he returned my call the next day and I explained my situation and dissatisfaction with which he kinda said it’s probably your wall. What! That’s funny because all our other shutters are fine. So I called Customer Service spoke with (Tabatha Chatman) who didn’t give a crap about my complaint. She sent me an email which she asked for pictures and I sent them. And as of today no follow up or resolution.

Desired outcome: I would like an explanation and the problem to be fixed and resolved which this should have never happened.
