So disappointed in 3 Day Blinds. I have a kitchen shade that is in need of repair. Shade is STILL under warranty. I was told via email that if I want the shade repaired that I must pay them a fee of $94. They are calling it a "trip fee". I went over my contract line by line and there is NOTHING that states "trip fees" are incurred by customers who seek a warranty claim. When I called customer service to make the claim they said NOTHING to me in regard to the fee. When I then called them again after receiving the email, customer service told me that the fees are "implied" in the warranty. I spent almost $3,100 on just this order alone. In the past year I have placed orders for the entire house in the amount of thousands of dollars. They could have waived the fee when taking into consideration the insane amount of money I have spent with them throughout the years. They chose not to. My sales representative agreed with me, and tried to help resolve the issue, but to no avail. I am left feeling so insulted and disappointed. This is exactly how you lose a loyal customer.
