Ordered Parrot Training Book over a month ago, July 10, 2018. The amount of $20.15 has been debited from my account, it is August 24th, and I have not received the book. Have called 2Checkout several times, even got on chat with whom I assume is the guy in charge, left a call-back number...but so far...NO ACTION. Expect a refund as soon as possible.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
