I have called many times. The first company that finally came to my home the service person did nothing and said they couldn’t do the service yet I was charged $100. Then 2-10 sent out service request to same company. Then another company finally was referred and they kept postponing an appointment. Now still no communication from 2-10 and no one has reached out to me. Now I’m trying to get information on getting my own contractor but can’t ever get through. Very poor customer support.

Desired outcome: Reliable company to come do service as soon as possible. I’ve waited probably a week now with no service and very little information from 2-10.
