Since Nov 17 no resolution to my needing replacement or repair. I been customer for yrs and first repair request. Pd the $85 seats rep came over looked at issue and attempted call 2-10 for over an hr no one answered his call. Ask me to call to f/up since I needed parts. I called several times in hold finally twice was given excuses said seats didn’t send them quote then ask me call sears and sears only ai no help but not my responsibility to f/up to get quote. Sears guys said the day he came out was sending them quote. Then call 2-10 again said no quote. Called 3rd time guys 2-10 after hrs they picked up and then just put me on hold no customer service skills but me right back waiting in someone to pick up as if I had just dialed again. No help no email they are a scammer company still waiting for resolution. Need at least the Lowe’s gift card but a reg microwave or fix replace over the oven. I already pd upon sears guy arriving the $85. This company is useless I will cancel my policy if I don’t get this resolve by Dec 31. Warning to all don’t waste your money with this co.
