I have been a customer since 2019, I have the supreme coverage. Our HVAC unit wasn’t cooling and I placed a service request. 1st contractor came, stated needed Freon and hole patched, because it needed more than 2lbs, authorization had to be obtained. Then a 2nd contractor was sent and they recommended replacing due to age and since we have supreme coverage it would be covered. I get an email Friday 4/10/2026 stating it would be covered except $650. I agreed to those terms. Monday, I submitted authorization to proceed only to get a voicemail later saying it would only give $2875. Now if I received and email on one day saying they received contractors estimate and that ALL would be cover except $650, that should not change. Sounds like breach of warranty to me. I have been a loyal, paying customer and I expect this initial offer to be honored.
Desired outcome: Initial offer of complete replacement with exception of the $650 which I am more than happy to pay.
