My dog stopped eating a prescription food I purchased from Petmeds so I emailed wanting a refund. Not satisfied with their response I called. The representative said he understood and they would refund me for all unused items. A refund posted my account for my last purchase but nothing else. I contacted them again and again was promised a refund. A refund posted for two additional items but the first refund disappeared. I am through with their lies and deception and have turned the issue over to my credit card company for resolution.

Recommendation: Avoid this merchant.
