Hello recently my son purchased a subscription for 12 months to this website using my debit card. I immediately cancelled this subscription the following day yet I still have not received a refund. My card was charged $120 due to my son and I would like this money refunded as soon as possible. I would like to be provided a customer service number with the hours I can call and solve this problem, or if my money can be refunded directly without calling. Thank you

    Same thing happen to me it is false advertisement I need my money back ASAP. I don't have money to be throwing away. I need contact information.
