My furniture has been stored in Norwood, Ohio a year ago this past March. I explained the situation clearly when having it shipped. I did not know where it was for 6 months and every time I ask to get things from it I was told I had to make an appointment. Now I need my furniture. It cost less than $3000 to have it shipped from Jensen Beach, Fl. I need it shipped to m y home in Stanford, KY. Since THEY store it in Ohio it makes the move 16 miles over the limit and they said to get my furniture will be $2900, to go 116 miles. I have paid on time and even after all the storage increases never complained. Someone PLEASE help me get my things.
Claimed loss: I want my stuff I paid a lot of money to store, even though I have not seen it in a year and a half.
Desired outcome: Just deliver my possessions at a reasonable rate, I understand that fuel is high and I will pay even though I was told it would be delivered at no extra cost. It is less than the 100 miles I was told that would be included.
