1-800-Flowers.com flowers for mothers day

Flowers where delivered on sat. May 12. Nice packaging, chocolates where great, but 90% of the tulips that arrived where drooping. I immediately went by instructions hoping they would recover. As of this morning they have not. I can send a picture of them as of 5/13/18

Did you ever get a refund? I suffered the same fate at the hands of these crooks. Bait and switch and overcharged. Once my credit card dispute is closed, I'm reporting 1-800-Flowers to the Federal Trade Commission. They need to be shut down for deceptive advertising as well as they are currently in violation of the law associated with false warranty claims with their so called "100% Smile Guarantee."

My daughter sent me a bouquet of tulips and I received them Saturday afternoon May 12th...the day before Mother's Day. When I took them out of the bubble wrap they were already droopy. Two pink ones were discarded and not included in the bouquet immediately. They perked up some after being put in water. However, they have not fully recovered. They did look pretty even though they were not perky. Only one bloomed and I don't think the rest will last long enough to open up. The top photo was taken Monday May 14th after I recut the stems and placed in new water and plant food. They were starting to droop more than when first put in the vase. The bottom picture was taken today. Tuesday May 15th.

I'm very very disappointed in the flowers. They look nothing like arrangement and some were already completely wilted upon arrival... Supposed to be purple and white. Only two very small purple flowers. I'm so embarrassed. There were six other flower arrangements and they were not as expensive as mine. All better. I've never complained about any order of any product of any kind. I'm so embarrassed

1-800-Flowers.com flower arrangement

Get well Tulips. I carefully opened box, just a dry vase and wilted tulips. No moisture wrap around the flowers. No flower food. I quickly put water in the vase. I called 1800flowers to tell them of the wilted terrible tulips, but they could not find the order. I had all the numbers on the printed card. They Told me to call up the person who sent the flowers and have them replace the order. I have used 1800 for many years and shocked at of their terrible service. Never again, will I use them.

1-800-Flowers.com horrible customer service

I placed a surprise birthday order Feb. 11th to be delivered Feb.12th. In addition to this order were two Valentine's Day orders. Each were being shipped to different addresses. The Valentine's Day orders arrived as
promised on Feb.14th. The order promised to be delivered Feb. 12th, however, was not. I called Feb. 13th, spoke to a representative, Mildred, explained the situation and was put on hold 4 times, for a total of 37
minutes. During this call I had to repeat my order number and the recipients name a few times for various reasons. Mildred, finally told me called the florist had been contacted and promised delivery for that evening. She then called my Aunt (the recipient)to apologize for the missed delivery (this was supposed to be a surprise for her) and told her to look
for the delivery by 8 p.m. In addition, Mildred, said she would be giving
me a $50 Celebration credit for my dissatisfaction of service. My Aunt called me at 9:30 to tell me the delivery never arrived.

I called Feb. 14th, spoke with another representative, Mila, who put me through basically the same thing I experienced with Mildred the day before. Mila, however, didn't offer me any addition Celebration Rewards (which I didn't care about, she didn't call my Aunt, but also put me on hold to call,
florist and then promised me the delivery would be done that evening. I told my Aunt. Again, my Aunt texted me Feb. 15th to tell me the flowers had not arrived again. Again, I called Feb. 16th and spoke to another rep, Al.
When I tell you at this point I am furious, you have to understand why. I am now explaining this situation and giving all of the same information for the third day and getting the same patent responses. Al did and said everything that both MIldred and Mila said... ending with a promise of delivery the same evening. This time my Aunt told me the flowers still had not arrived and to just cancel the order. I could hear the disappointment in her voice
and that was the final straw. I had to give myself time to cool off to call back
on Feb. 19th, seven days after the delivery was promised, and asked immediately to speak with a supervisor. This time I spoke with Justine who
put me on hold, for I don't know how long, to transfer me to the wrong department! Then I had to explain this whole thing again, to be put on hold again to be transferred to a supervisor named Jennifer. I was beyond tired and frustrated at this point and wasn't pleased with my conversation with Jennifer either. She told me about the credit sent back to my credit card, that could see myself; as I tried to explain to her, she continuously talked over me. I found her tone to be plain rude. Jennifer also informed me, that looking over the "notes" left, that the Florist in question had in fact never been reached, by either, Mildred, Mila or Al. So I was lied to. I asked Jennifer to send a customer survey to my email address on file, to which she said she could not. She offered me the "corporate number" instead, to file my complaint...the number she gave me was: [protected]. You must recognize it as the order/customer service number and not a "Corporate" number at all.

I have used 1-800-Flowers for I don't know how many years and I have never wasted so much time, been lied to and treated so rudely in all of that time. To say I am a totally dissatisfied customer is an understatement.

1-800-Flowers.com delivery/terrible customer service

I placed an order today for same day delivery (01/29/18) at 9AM for a bouquet of flowers & ball on for my mom's 69th birthday. I received a confirmation email for the order but at 10AM someone called to say that the local florist where the flowers were to be delivered did not have the bouquet I requested. The caller said they would be able to do something equivalent to my request & price range. I agreed but then about an hour later was phoned again to say that would not be possible to do until the following day. I then requested at that time a refund & a confirmation email to reflect that. Needless to say it now 4:50 PM I have not received my refund or email and most of all my mom is NOT getting her flowers! TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Same thing just happened to me. Tried placing an order online yesterday provided payment using two different methods. Got confirmation from Paypal that the funds were being sent, but was sent back to the payment screen on 1800flowers website. Did this 3 times. Called them and was on the phone for over an hour trying to get this order placed. Was assured it would be placed and I would get a call back. Forwarded my paypal confirmation email and screenshots of the website. Needless to say, that was yesterday and I never got a call back.
I called them today and there is no order in the system and no notes about my call yesterday.
Their response was basically, oh well.
I have to wait for the charge Authorizations to fall off on their own (30 days for paypal) because 1800flowers wont go in and cancel it. Can't cancel from paypal either.
I am so freaking mad right now, I cannot believe a company would be so disrespectful and lack basic customer service. They don't care at all that I have lost the ability to send anything for this person's birthday.
I will NEVER do business with them again. It is not worth the frustration and disappointment

I ordered flowers that were supposed to be a Christmas gift delivered on December 23rd and they never got delivered. The money was happily taken out of my account. Horrible customer service only offering me a coupon for next time which there won't be! Terrible and a rip off. If you didn't deliver which you promised I never would have ordered to begin with.

What's wrong with your delivery on time? It's very important for almost all the people. I wanted my mother to get her flowers on her special day and she didn't. I contacted customer service several times just to make sure that they understood what I wanted. And had to tell my mom about the order, that wasn't a surprise anymore :( however, even counting all the facts nothing worked well. Very disappointed with your service.

My flowers arrived on Mothers Day Tulips all dead . Leaves were yellow and had holes in them

I ordered a large arrangement for my friend and what she received looks nothing like what i ordered color or size wise ! This is not the first time this has happened. I will never order from this company again. I have ordered so many times and this was the last time ! Im sick of dealing with these shady florists !

1-800-Flowers.com I don't recommend 1-800-flowers

After I received the flowers I immediately contacted 1-800-Flowers and asked for a refund. I wasn't happy about my order because it arrived in a terrible condition and flowers were almost dead. I even took pictures, but that didn't help me.
1-800-Flowers representative was quite unfriendly and he kept telling me that they were selling the best quality flowers and that they would never sell dead flowers.
As I said I wasn't happy with my order and provided service. I wasn't able to get a refund and that made it even worse.

I am extremely disappointed with this store! I have ordered flowers from 1-800-Flowers store for Valentines days and did not receive it!
It is already February 15 and still nothing and I can't contact anyone from this company! I just checked the reviews and I regret I didn't do that earlier. They are real cheaters and I don't think I'll ever get my flowers and my money back.
Please stay far a away from this store, they are not to be trusted!

I have ordered flowers from 1-800-Flowers and paid extra money for next day delivery. It was my mothers birthday and I ordered these flowers to surprise her. On the estimated date nothing arrived so I contacted customer service and demanded a full refund. Days passed and there was no sign of my order and they ignored me and replied nothing. Recently I finally got my money back. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

1-800-Flowers.com flowers for my mother who was in the hospital

August 7th, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother who was at california hospital in los angeles, california. I live in virginia. I ordered the big arrangement and my mother was delivered he small arrangement. I was billed over $70. I complained and got a call informing me that my credit card was going to be credited $20 and as of this date, nothing. I will never recommend or buy anything from them again.

I ordered flowers for my mother who was in the hospital. was billed for the big arrangement I ordered, but the small arrangement was delivered. Someone called me and told me I was going to be credited $20 back into my credit card and nothing has happened. I will NEVER recommend or use 1800 flowers. She lives in California and I live in Virginia.

We have ordered some flowers from www.1800flowers.com and on a delivery date they called us and said they were not able to deliver flowers. I was just about to ask about the reason but they just hang up.
I called but there was no response. I left them tons of emails and voile messages but they did not reply. They still have my money!
Me and my brother ordered these for our mother's birthday.

I bought chocolate strawberries from 1-800 flowers to be delivered to San Diego CA. The date was set for April 4th, but they were not delivered. So on that same day I sent an email asking the reason why they didn't sent them. This was the terrible answer:
"Dear Regina,

We're very sorry your order did not meet expectations. As we checked it further, strawberries are not available for delivery not until April 6, 2016 and because we're fully committed to our 100% Smile Guarantee, we have scheduled a redelivery on April 06, 2016, at no additional cost to you.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope you'll let us deliver another smile for you soon!

Why weren't they able to deliver the purchase? They never said.
Today is April 22nd and I opened their website to see what was going on, since they never contacted me again and NEVER sent the strawberries . It says that it was delivered on the 18th, what is not true . The person in SD never got the strawberries that I purchased from them. It's not honest.
They damaged their reputation for so little.

1-800-Flowers.com my bouquet never showed up

I have purchased a fruit bouquet from www.1800flowers.com. Well, my bouquet never showed up and when I called them no one picked up the phone. When someone finally answered they said "Sorry, we are already closed"! So the next day early in the morning I called again but there was only silence. Several days later I decided to call again and someone finally answered! And the only thing they offered was $20 coupon! I'm so angry!

I made an order in early February to receive flowers on February 20, 2016. Few days ago I got a call from 1-800-Flowers and was told that flowers I ordered are out of stock, so they could not deliver the flowers on that date. I said that I can pick up something else for the same price. They said "yes", but it would cost me an additional $30. What a joke! Then I told them to cancel my order and give my money back. Their rep said that he is very sorry, refunds are impossible and disconnected! Well, you just lost a customer. I'll never order anything from these scammers again!

1-800-Flowers.com flowers were not delivered in time for visitation

Ordered an arrangement for my fiancees' fathers' visitation. Specified the delivery date which was accepted on the website. Got to the visitation and no flowers. So instead of being with the family, I am outside on hold or being transferred and hung up on (Twice) for almost an hour. I was told the florist attempted to deliver but couldn't. (Got confirmation from the funeral home that this was not true.) I knew it was bs, I never heard of a funeral home not accepting flowers. I finally got in contact with the florist, got more run around and apologies. Apologies do not help. I had no time to get anything else since I was already at the visitation and all the stores were closed at that point. So how do you make up for that? One thing is sure, I will never do business with either of them and I will not recommend them to anyone. How will I ever be able to make up for this disaster?

1-800-Flowers.com exceptionally poor customer service

Went to the Website today to sign up for the "Bloom of the Month" club to send my parents some flowers throughout the year. When I clicked on the link for "Bloom of the Month" the website immediately popped up "this service is unavailable". I called the 800 number which was answered by a man I could barely understand (exceptionally poor English) who had no idea what the "Bloom of the Month" club was even though I explained it to him 3 times. I was placed on hold when I asked to speak to a customer service rep within the States only to have him come back and state the following: "You'll have to keep calling the 1800 number because it's by chance (random) who picks it up. It might be in the States or it could go to us". I'll let that last line sink in for a minute... I simply wanted to speak with a knowledgeable 1800flowers rep who could sign me up for one of their website's posted clubs. Despite my best efforts - I could not get my simple expectations of competent assistance met. It's too bad. I think they have a good product.

1-800-Flowers.com delivering an edible arrangements

I ordered a edible arrangement to be delivered to my daughter job, the delivery never made it the guy called my daughter phone and she didn't answer cause she couldn't have phone at work so the guy left before calling me to get store name. I called back later to see if it delivered before she got off and they said the person scheduled it for the next day! With out confirming with me about order and if she would be at work. When I called 1800flower the lady could find a supervisor and all she could say is I'm so sorry about the order not being delivered . It's was suppose to be a surprise for her birthday.

Do you want to feel the most disappointed in your life? Look no further! Call 1-800FLOWERS.com! Here’s my story, hold on to your hats for this ride! I’m in the USA, my fiancé is living in Europe for a time. My sweet love unfortunately had a miscarriage, so the day I found out I did what anyone would do being so far away from the love of their life, I got on the internet to send some flowers. 1-800FLOWERS.com! Right there at the top of the list! Next day international delivery! I’m thinking great! With a sweet little card saying how much I love her, and miss her, and wish I was there with her! This will bring a smile to her face and will help me feel like I can be there for her! I told her to expect a package. Here’s where it gets exciting! Next day, no flowers. I call to see why, 20 minutes later, they assure me they will be there the next day. Ok, I understand sometimes things don’t go as planned, no big deal right? Second day, no flowers. I call, 20 minutes later, they say the flowers are scheduled for that evening. I call my love, don’t worry they’re running late, they’ll be there this evening just wait for them! Yay! Third day, still no flowers! I call, they tell me they didn’t have that particular bouquet so didn’t bother to deliver any. I say it was one of the small hand full of bouquets offered specifically for international delivery on the website and 3 days later you’re telling me you don’t have those?!? Shouldn’t you have informed me earlier?!? Sent a similar bunch?!? Just so they make it?!? By now I’ve completely lost my composure, they offer me 15% discount and a coupon towards my next order, I tell them that’s unacceptable. They offer a 50% discount and coupon, I demand to talk to the manager. 1 hour later, after explaining the circumstances of why I’m sending the flowers and how much of a letdown it has been for me and my love, etc.. I demand a 100% refund and flowers in her hand the next day! He says he can’t do that. I tell him I don’t care if he has to call the owner of the company, that’s what I want! I tell him to read the “100% smile guarantee” on the website, “if I’m not smiling, we jump to make it right, no matter what, no questions asked!” I say, I’m damn sure not smiling, you better find someone to make it right! The supervising representative was finally able to get permission to do that. Yay! Now we’re getting somewhere right! Wrong! Fourth day, still no F###ING flowers! I call… another hour, finally get a customer service specialist on the phone, tell the whole story again for the 50th time… I’m assured she will have flowers in hand the next day, an upgraded bouquet, whatever that means. By now I’ve lost all hope. Guess what! Fifth day, no flowers…. Sixth day, no flowers…. Jump ahead in time with me now! Ninth day, I get a call. My love! The flowers arrived! Yay! I say, really?!? I’ve given up all hope they would be delivered! That’s great! Don’t forget to read the card I say! She opens it and reads it, how sweet, it says, our best wishes for you on your 10th anniversary! With love, three people’s names neither of us have ever heard of…. Doesn’t that just warm your heart! Well lesson learned, I guess if you really want to make a sh***y situation feel utterly hopeless, let 1-800Flowers.com handle it for you! They make sure to follow through with their mistakes right to the very end! Thanks a lot 1-800FLOWERS.com! And I still haven’t been credited back the refund on my account…. But I did receive a coupon for my next order with them! YAY! What a slap in the face! Unbelievable..

I had similiar experience. Flowers showed up 1 week late and wrong bouquet! Card was for other people so my expensive bouquet was certainly delivered to someone else. I complained. No refund. Just excuses. 1800 flowers is horrible. Avoid at all costs as it will cost You!

My mother died recently and my employer sent me flowers from 1800flowers.ca. They arrived dead. I took photos and emailed the company. After several emails back and forth they agreed to replace the flowers. The new flowers came... also dead. I photographed them and sent the photos to the same person I had dealt with before, but she didn't respond. This is a disgusting company. My employer wanted to do a nice thing for me, but instead forced me to waste my time during an extremely busy period of my life.
