I hate the new version of this app! I can't simply transfer coins to other wallets due to complications! It used to be so easy and smooth and now I'm struggling with the same issue all the time. When I request for transfer it always ask to connect wallet! Even though the wallet is already connected and when I do it again it give a stupid error mentioning that the wallet is already Connected! Please fix this stupid app as I can't transfer the coins to other wallets.

Only use zerion to look at coins but add them on a real dex platform like metamask or uniswap.I been charge lots of money trying to trade or swap on zerion it’s no good I’m letting everybody know..going to YouTube we have to get lawyers on this because they want help and go back and forth..I seen all types of money on my account but can’t get it they blame other people for there mess‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️they want help or fix the problem it’s sad I only have trouble wit saitama inu

Zerion picked where my Crypto would be invested or saved as that was their only 2 options when I started with them.Anything that did not go to come home they’re telling me what they invested with#UNI-Swap is now only worth 1/10 of previous value. And Uni las a liquidity issue so I can not cash them out on the Zerion IOS Apple Store App! I got it! Apple may be able to recover my Crypto from Zerion! And Yours too! I will report back! ( oh’ I would not transfer anything ! They have tried to talk me into moving their fake Crypto in my bank! Nope! I was the full value of when I tried to cash out! 3-6 3/5/22 Any person or persons that is not a Plan-tif against Zerion. Please the the Developer’s 14 correspondence with the Shawn Pewitt ( Recover our Crypto )me and let me know what you think they are saying in the response they left. Thank you (Liquidity=ISD)

AVOID! Not a trust worthy app or way to send money. They stole $12k from my coinbase wallet. I author ized one transaction and they withdrew THREE times in the same amount. They are trying to claim they do not access your funds but that is not true at all. What even is a "non custodial interface" Beware!

I had to involve en verra capi tal. Io, a cybersecurity firm before I was able to get my money back!

THIS IS A URGENT MESSAGE AND CAN I PLEASE HAVE AN URGENT RESOLUTION.

Cam you please help me as i am continuously being missold by your support team and they keep changing the rules after i have invested further funds to solve the issue. As you can see from the logs attached i have currently invested £10000 to become a level 2 miner so i cam get access to my funds. Currently i can see my funds in my mining pool but i still cant get access to the funds in my wallet even though i invested a further £3000 yesterday.

As you can clearly I see from the logs i have been mis-sold and misadvised. All i want is ACCESS TO MY FUNDS IN MY WALLET but i have been told broken promises after i have done everything asked.

I would like my funds into my wallet at promised by close of play Tuesday 6th June 2023 and upgraded to a tier 2 miner as promised and we can continue our relationship, which is my preference. Or please return my investment so far on FULL, just my investment and not any yield (i think that is fair) and we will go our separate ways.

I am a single father of two and i cant afford to lose this money and all i ask is your promises to be delivered. I am being totally reasonable and hope you can do the morally right decision going forward.

I want access to my funds and this problem resolved urgently as this is a massive worry. I love your organisation and your solution but currently this is not acceptable as a Zerion customer.

Does the job but not the best. Slow to refresh prices, functionality compared to that of a turtle, slow but reliable

Can’t transfer or sell certain tokens on this app. Hostage situation if you have your coins on this app. Tread carefully

Doesn’t show any BSC bep20 tokens although it says you can track Bsc. Only ERC20 tokens are showing. None of my binance coins are showing.

Was able to purchase, but not sell. Was always presented with a ‘error’ or ‘try back later’ message. Sent a message. Think I heard back? Nope!

I’ve been able to buy but when I sell my tokens, the transaction doesn’t go through but the transaction fee is taken. I’ve already lost hundreds. Please help!

I cannot send payments because the payment button disappears when the fee warning comes up. Means that my currency is stuck in the app, which is super not cool

If you want to have your money stolen or frozen without any reasonable explanation, this garbage application is the place to go. Currently under investigation for fraud.

What’s god with this app i bought ShibaKenfinance and i tried converting back Ethereum and its saying error try again later the first time i did it took $13 for no reason this this pissing me off

I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times to no avail.

Horrible support thru the discord and the app itself. No one can remedy the issue they all want to file a report which does me. No good currently

I don’t know what happen but majority of my coins are now like delayed so much in pricing. Its been weeks and hasn’t been fix yet. Before this Zerion was the to go app. Please fix it so it tracks prices closely again.

There’s no way to remove assets or hide them once imported. Simple request from 10+ months ago. This means any alt coins that have been rugged or honey potted still show value in balance even though you can’t withdraw them.

I paid 140$ to move 75$ and then paid another 319$ to move around 266$ The funds have been taken from my eth. Yet only the 75$ transaction is reflected. It shows that both transactions went through on this app too but yet here we are. TRASH. Fix this garbage now.

How do you manage investments when they are not showing accurate prices. Cryptos change by the minute.
This is setting you up to fail. I have reached out multiple times..
Also, fake cryptos are being deposited into my wallet.
Most likely phishing trap.
Do not trust Zerion.

This is the second time it’s happened and its very concerning. I can’t see my main balance. I can see how many coin I have and which ones. But I can’t see how much money I have. The app doesn’t refresh anymore. And it’s been at $0.00 for half of the day now.

What gives ZERION! UPDATE AND FIX PLEASE!
