I live out of the area and bought a house in ***. I needed a roof for 4 buildings. I called Zebco and they met me at the property. We talked about what needed to be done to all the buildings. They did everything we discussed. Zeb and his crew did a great job. I would recommend this company. They took off the old roofs and put on new ones. They also put on new metal fasia, *** and when they left, the place looked brand new. They cleaned up their mess so well, you didn't even know they were there. The job is done and I still haven't heard from some of the other contractors.

Zeb is a great guy! He did our garage roof last year and we were so happy that we had him give us an estimate on our house roof to be started this past Spring. Covid hit. Need I say more. Materials were hard to come by, but just before Halloween he was able to get what he needed and get started. We're very happy. We had him use the same color and brand shingles used on our garage and they look great. He is very particular about his work and that's something you don't find much anymore. He guarantees his work 100%. They always cleaned up each day. His estimate was right on the money. We would highly recommend Zeb and his crew!

Paul M. 10/16 This contractor came to my house on time and worked until he finished the roof on the garage. He took pictures of the finished job and emailed them to me. He made sure I was happy with his work, which I was completely satisfied. He came back the next day and finished a roof on a small building. They cleaned up the area after they were done and the job was completed at the price they said. It was nice to deal with a contractor that did what he said he would do and finished the job when he said he would. He kept in contact with me the whole time, by email, to make sure the right roofing material was being ordered and how it was going to be put on the buildings.

I contacted Zebco Construction to get an estimate to replace our roof. I told him that we are out of state and that I could not be there for a few weeks. He went out to look at the roof and inspect it for a proposal. He contacted me with his estimate and we agreed to go ahead and get on his schedule. He kept me informed of their progress and sent pictures so that I could show them to our insurance company. Zebco and his team are first class. He showed up, did everything that he said he would do and cleaned up the place as if they were never there. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty in doing business. In the fall of 2020, I had Zebco Construction install gutter guards on my whole house and garage. The crew was real quick and finished in just half a day. But during the winter, there was a buildup of leaves and sticks on top of the guards, causing some issues with the gutters. I managed to reattach most of the detached gutters myself and called Zebco to come and check out the problem. After a few attempts, the guy who installed them finally came to take a look and said that the gutters weren't installed properly. Mind you, these guards have been on my home for a good 20 years.

I asked him to come up with a solution and wanted to work together to fix it. But after making 6 more calls, I decided to remove all the guards to avoid any further damage to the gutters this winter. Since I didn't receive any more communication from the owner, I returned all the covers to his father, Joe, on 7/23. Joe mentioned they were too busy with big jobs to help me at the moment but assured me they would be in touch. Now, I'm left without the gutter guards and out of a thousand dollars. This is a really lousy way to run a business, if you ask me.
