They took care of a backflow and waterproofing issue at my rental property and they handled everything from permits to completing the job in under 3 days, and cleaned up everything very professionally. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and did a very thorough job. Our basement is totally dry now! When finished, everything was put back in place and there was no mess! I've been dealing with Olivieri & Son, Inc. since June 1st. They said they would come out to give me an estimate, but they've only come twice. They told me to call them, so I did. I've called them over 30 times and left messages, but they never respond. Their customer service is terrible. I even went to their work location and talked to Mark and Rocco in person. If they don't want to do my job, they should just say so. I've been waiting for a response for 6 months now. If I knew it would take this long, I would have hired someone else who actually cares about the customer.

My mom, who's getting up there in age, had Olivieri & Son do some waterproofing stuff at her house. The work itself was alright, but man, their communication was just terrible. They hardly ever answered phone calls or texts. Last year, my mom paid them in full, even for this little concrete pad outside her door that they said they'd finish up when the weather got warmer. Well, spring came around and we tried reaching out to them over and over again (calling and texting, 'cause their email on the website doesn't even work!). Rocco, the owner, only bothered to return one of my calls and said he'd swing by the next week. Guess what? He never showed up. At this point, we just want our money back for the concrete work 'cause it's pretty clear that this company has no intention of actually finishing the job.

I recently hired Olivieri & Son, Inc. to fix a leak in my basement. I must say, their service was not up to par. The workers arrived late and seemed unprofessional. They did not properly assess the problem and ended up making it worse. I was left with a bigger mess and a higher bill. It was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I hired Olivieri & Son to waterproof a part of my basement in March . *** came to my house a couple times and we talked about the cracks and water problems in one section of my basement. He gave me a price to waterproof the outside and fix the cracks on the inside walls. They did the outside waterproofing like they said, but they never finished the inside work. He asked to come get payment, which he did, and he said the wall needed to dry out and settle before they could do the inside repairs. He told me to contact him in 3 months and they would come finish the job. I've been in touch with them many times. They told me to call back when it's not busy, or sometimes they don't respond at all. Recently, they sent a message saying they would come between certain hours, but they never called or showed up. They said it should only take 1-1 1/2 hours, and all I want is for them to finish the work.

In March , I reached out to Olivieri & Son to figure out why water was getting into my heat ducts. On 3/3, Olivieri came over to measure around the foundation and talk about the job. Then, on the week of 3/15, his son and the rest of the crew started working. The job involved excavating to the footer, plugging all cracks from the footer to the ground, replacing all drain tile and downspout lines with #*** PVC, installing clean outs for the drain tile on each wall, backfilling with #57 wash stone to the ground, placing topsoil next to the stone, obtaining permits and having the work inspected by the city, and replacing the cement that was removed during the digging process (a 15' long by 2' wide section of the front patio). Because of the colder temperatures at night, they couldn't replace the cement for the patio until the first part of April . All of this was included in the total price of $10,300.00, which I paid in full on 3/18. However, ***, the son, hasn't responded to my calls, emails, or text messages, and hasn't taken any action to fix the problem.

Basement waterproofing... Loose back fill is sinkin. Contractor was informed he was diggin up my river rock and lucky stones in front of and behind my fence gate. Contractor used loose fill dirt where the rock/stones use to be. It is now sinkin and has become a mud puddle, my potting bench is also sinkin on one end where they dug and backfilled with loose soil. I have since tried to shore up the bench with bricks. In order to gain access to my outside faucet I had to walk through mud. This needs to be fixed. I also had to remind them to call 811 before they began to dig, which is the law... seems they are in a habit of not doin so. The father and son appear to play good cop, bad cop, father sayin one thing and the son doin another. I contacted *** Olivieri (father) in the fall about this problem, but he has failed to contact me. Their ad also states that they power wash the foundation, they did not, they just scraped it. Ad also claims they respect your property... then why did the son walk through and crush my plants on the OTHER SIDE of the fence, where he had no reason to be (that was not in the work area). I'm hopin these irreplaceable plants come back in the Spring of 2021.
