Zara.comzara online store. worst experience ever

To be honest I love the products from Zara and hence to avoid the hassle of travelling, I ordered for the first time through Zara Online. Order number:[protected] its been a month now and I still haven't received my order yet. I had the worst ever customer service when I spoke to agent through Chat support multiple times. they said my order is being investigated ad then when I requested to cancel my order and process the refund the customer agent just closed the chat. No courtesy. no apology nothing. Atleast as a customer we do not expect this from a brand like ZARA. Horrible experience ever
