I ordered a dress and a few days later the dress was marked as delivered to my address. Which it was not. Delivery photo shows a concierge excepting the package (see second photo below). I do not live in a building with a concierge, which automatically proves the package was not delivered to my address (please see my front entrance hall in photo 1). After contacting the customer chat on Zara’s website and being put through to 9 different agents over the course of four hours, every agent finishes the chat by saying that the package was delivered to my address.
