I am struggling with the top of my Zara perfume where i press to get the perfume out. Instead of pumping the perfume out it is actually sticking and struggling to use it. When it sticks in you cant then press it, it will not be moving and will have to lift it manually using my hand.After that it only sprays once and stick again
I bought it in South Africa but i am from Zimbabwe.My phone number is +[protected]

Desired outcome: Please do better next time.The perfume is now on half if you can exchange it for me.
