On January 24, 2026, I returned seven items in-store from order #54540197954. As of today, I have not received the corresponding refund on my credit card.
I contacted the call center on February 9, and was informed that the refund had not been processed because the return was placed on hold due to one remaining item from the same order that is still pending delivery because of a warehouse delay. This order was placed on January 19.
I asked whether the delayed item could be canceled, and was told that this was not possible, but that my case would be escalated. I followed up through the contact centre via chat on February 13, and again received no update. I called once more today, February 20, and was told there is still no progress.
At this point, I am extremely concerned. Zara is holding my funds for items that were returned nearly a month ago, and the delay appears to be caused by an internal system issue unrelated to my return. I expect my refund to be processed immediately, regardless of the delivery status of the remaining item.
