We purchased a pair of pants in the Dallas, TX store (stock number-[protected]) for 49.99 plus tax as a Christmas gift. They do not fit. We are 6 hours away from the nearest store. I called in to get a return and exchange authorization and was told that they could not help me and to use the chat feature. I did that and was told they could not help me and to call into to support. I called back and was told that they could not help me. I do not have time to keep doing this. I have spent over an hour and have not gotten anywhere. Please advise me on what I need to do since going to a store is not an option.
