Summary of the Issue
I returned a total of 18 items from these orders:

• 53892167535
Because Canada Post was on strike on October 16, your team sent me three Purolator labels, which I used to return the items in three boxes. All three boxes were dropped off on October 16 at 2:41 p.m., and Purolator tracking confirms that they were delivered to your Brampton warehouse on October 23 at 11:30 a.m.

Tracking Numbers and Return IDs:
• Box 1 – 335687680512 | 1XOA27ESR0N4 (refunded)
• Box 2 – 335687680520 | 1XOA0DB9H6GW and 1XKVE1H40E8 (refund missing)
• Box 3 – 335687680538 | 1XIMXJ345SLC (refunded)

I received refunds for Boxes 1 and 3 totaling CAD 755.60. The refund for Box 2 is still outstanding. The amount due is CAD 708.55.

Key Concern
Your warehouse received all three boxes at the same time, yet only two were processed. Customer service keeps insisting that the third box was never received, even though tracking shows it was delivered with the others. I have been given no resolution or meaningful support.
