I have just been refused to be served in the London Victoria store for being a white woman. I was in the que with a few people as the sale is now on it was busy on the tills. A store assistant opened a till and called the man behind me to be served, when myself and him said we are not together and I am next in line, she refused to serve me and called him again. I then waited confused, then approached her only to be refused again. I asked to speak to a manager of which she tried to say was her. So I asked for someone else. I then spoke to a actual manager as it was clear she had a problem with me, (she was wearing hijab and I am not sure of her nationality). This is not acceptable behaviour and a clear act of discrimination.

Claimed loss: whatever the law states for discrimination in a place of public and service within retail establishment.

Desired outcome: Recognition of this act and the termination of the employee. Training provided to ZARA management around conduct and common courtesy within the UK, as well as discrimination act.
