I spent over $400 at the newmarket store, the cashier asked if I wanted a printed or text receipt, I went with a text receipt which I never received, I have spoken to customer service several times and they cannot located one and basically told me they cannot help me nor can I do a return without a receipt, I told them I can show them the charges on my credit card and if they could just authorize an exchange or return and no, not even a credit even though this was not my mistake! I have an email from them showing my returns on the same day, I have credit card receipts and they dont care! They will not give me the store's phone number to speak with a manager, basically I am stuck with the purchases, zara's customer service is the worst i've ever experienced, they will not do anything!
Recommendation: DONT SHOP HERE!
