I went to Cash Crusaders Polokwane game Centre and asked for a loan (R500) in exchange for my laptop and charger. Today 04/03/2020 I paid their R630 back only to find out that they replaced my original Samsung charger with an adapter. I complained to Johan who is the manager and after waiting for two hours, they told me that they will look for it and call me. I went back at 12:35pm, the stuff was very rude but the owner of the store was worse I have a recording of him saying horrible things to me telling me that I should take the matter to the head office. I don't want much from them, I just want my original Samsung laptop charger.
