I Paul Hendricks with account number [protected]. I purchase 21 of March2023 clothes at truworths canal walk century city. Tuesday 28 March 2023 I went again to truworths canal walk century to purchase a Daniel Hector top. When I came to the pay point at till, one of your workers a African guy told me that my card decline, because my card was reported stolen. I ask him who reported my card, stolen. He could not give me a proper answer. He put me through to head office to verify my details and I gave it to him at head office. The coloured guy of head office told me that card is fine. I decided to cancel my purchase at century city canal walk. I phone today 30 March to customer service, and ask who reported my card stolen, and the lady that I spoke to at customer service said, they can't pick up who reported my card stolen. She spoke to her manager, and he told her that I must go into a truworths store, and get a new card. It is unacceptable, that your workers make a horrible mistake, no my card is blocked,but I must pay installment every month due to truworths negligence. It very inconvenient me now, because I can't purchase anything. My account is not in arrears, nor did I skip any monthly payments. Truworths must rectify this mistake and take responsibility for there negligent actions. I demand, that you come back to me and solve this problem,otherwise I will refer this matter to my lawyer.
Desired outcome: Settle this matter and rectify your mistake, because I not responsible for truworths negligence.
Truworths - Black bodycon dress
I bought a black bodycon dress at Canal walk on the 12 November 2020 I fitted the dress on at the store and it looked amazing and fitted perfectly. I wore the dress the following evening on the 13/11/2020 for my 30th Birthday Party a 2 hours into the event I started to feel a very uncomfortable feeling under my arms as if it was burning, I went to check and it looked like someone has pinched me under my arms it was so uncomfortable and painful that I had to remove the dress. I am very disappointment and disgusted by what Truworths could sell to customers I payed R460.00 just for me to experience such a horrible feeling under my arms. I went to return the dress at Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain on Sunday the 15 November and they told me about sending the dress away and the will call me within 7 days I don't think Truwoths should sell those dresses to any individual its a horrible type of material to wear.
