Misleading to get customers
I bought a yupp tv package and customer service told me u will get ur connecting device with in 12 working days
After 12 days I didn't receive
Anything I called again they told me to wait 4 more days we will provide tracking information
After 18 days no information
I have called again in customer service
The guy told me pls wait 48 hours and I will mail u all the information
After 24 th day I called again and the girl told me to wait 48 hours more I will give you the tracking details
After a month they took payment I cont watch anything and no proper answer
I don't know what to do
After a month you took money from my account. R u really going to anything about the service you are going to provide?

Yupp hindi tv_nzd,yuppflix free movie pack,yuppflixmovies
SONY channels removed from Subscription without notice even though they were part of my annual subscription.
Now they are asking me to pay again for same channels. Talked to customer care and they are saying I have to pay for Sonyliv subscription. However my old subscription of PackageName : Yupp Hindi TV_NZD, YuppFlix Free Movie Pack, YuppFlixMovies already contained SONY and other Sony channels.
This is the worst experience I am having with their annual subscription.
Desired outcome: Include the channels what i paid for or include sony Liv subscription for free

Device activation charged outside the package price
i bought a Yupp Telugu Hindi TV Gold_GBP, YuppFlix Free Movie Pack, YuppFlixMovies - package online . Nowhere it was mentioned that i need to pay for activiation of each tv you try to logon.
each device you logon after you buy a package you will be charged 45 pounds which is not clearly mentioned either in the page where you buy the package or in so called terms and conditions.

I am not getting all programs of yupptv Hindi Punjabi package already been paid
Being customer of yupptv Hindi Punjabi package I have renewed it on 13tlh October 2021 and paid for this through credit card.My problem is now not getting all programs which were written in the contract mainly is SonyLiv_EUR for which i have written many times to yupptv team through email but still after two weeks not available Sony Liv on my list of programs please solve my problem

IPL Package 2021 - no live stream on TV,
Yupp TV was unable to resolve a technical error on their side to fix a streaming issue on my Samsung smart TV since April 2021. Despite multiple efforts, they were unable to provide the complete service I paid for.
After approaching them on support chat, email and twitter and a lot of back and forth, they agreed to refund partially an amount of 10€ for failure to fix live stream on big screen.
Since the credit card I used to buy the package has been changed (replaced with a new card), they asked me to first add it on Paypal and share my details, then said refund couldn't be processed and later after asking again, asked me to add the new card on my YuppTV profile for the refund.
Now, almost a week later, there is no refund issued, no replies from the support on twitter (where I am communicating actively so far), no signs of a refund coming soon, while 3 days are left before the package itself expires.
The support has been frustratingly incompetent in technical issues and customer relations, I wonder how a service like this is even worthy of charging paying customers.
Moreover, their Germany support (UK and Europe, on their website: https://www.yupptv.com/help/contact-us) number is not listed and can never be reached.
This is extremely unprofessional and very poor quality of service!

ABN
When I signed up for Yupp Tv I was promised ABN as part of the package.Now they stopped Streaming ABN and when we questioned them they say it is not available anymore.I asked for refund of my money but they are refusing.I need either the ABN channel or my money back

renewed my subscription for another year with a different expensive package. I am unable to watch approximately 14 channels at the moment. Every time asking me to subscribe again for the subscribed channels. I have tried to resolve with them direct, but on both occasions they disconnected me without helping me. I have two ticket numbers 2607632 for resolving the channel issue and 2607582 for adding 3 more extra month subscription and a £5-00 refund. So far there is no help from yupptv to resolve this issue. I have attached herewith two screen shots regarding the issue. Please help me to resolve this issue.

I have paid subscription for yuppTv. I hate seeing your IPL Ads in when I launch. Do I pay just to watch your promotion?
I hate it and thinking of unsubscribe due to irritation.
I have seen many compliants here but still yuppTV didnt learn from it and ask each user to complain.
IPL Package
I had subscribed for IPL package in April 2021 for the IPL. However the IPL got postponed and the team told me that the package I had subscribed would automatically get activated if it starts later. However I find that the IPL package has not activated closer to the IPL and asking me to subscribe again. I raised a complaint in mail but no response at all. The complaint number is 2569085.

Dont store credit card detail without person's permission
YuppTV is not transparent and customer friendly. I took a subscription only for one on May 11 and 2021 and I remembered I never enabled auto renew option.
I didn't like this service and didn't want to continue this service. After few months, I realized that YuppTV is auto deducting charges from my account. I login to my account but there is no option in Yupptv login site remove the subscription or remove the credit card detail. Only option is I need to call customer service person.
I called him to remove my subscription and remove from credit card detail. He said I will remove the credit card detail but I need to pay amount for this month. It doesn't look fair to me. They should stop the subscription immediately.
I would like to say YuppTV should be more transparent about there renewal subscription. User should have online option to stop auto renewal, stop subscription and remove credit card detail.
I wanted to take subscription only for one month and lost $40 because of it.

YuppTV subscription package
Recently I took YuppTV package as I had it before.all good channels are removed such as Sony package and I realised it after doing the payment. When I talk to customer service they asked me for more money for having all good channels…when applied for refund they refused..this is not fair to pay channels that I never watch..
it's so disappointed and disgusting to remove channels that are wachten more and ask separate money for that…I will never recommend YuppTV to someone anymore…

SONY channels removed from Subscription without notice even though they were part of my annual subscription.
Now they are asking me to pay again for same channels. Talked to customer care and they are saying I have to pay for Sonyliv subscription. However my old subscription of PackageName : YuppFlix Free Movie Pack, YuppFlixMovies, Yupp Marathi Hindi Combo Plus_AUD already contained SONY and other Sony channels.
This is the worst experience I am having for 2nd time in the same annual subscription. Firstly it was IPL and now it is SONY channels.

Have raised ticket [2540619], and always a response is you will get a call in 24-48 hours. Has been a week with no fruitful updates.

Tamil super subscription - channels removed without notice
We paid for an annual subscription to get all Tamil channels except star Vijay . Channels like Raj tv, Raj digital plus etc were removed without notice. Channels like Jaya keeps having streaming issues. For Tamil channels like Xee, we are asked to pay additional money. We contacted yupp tv multiple times. They said they can't help pro rate or cancel the service nor can they add the channels back. This is not per the contract. Terms and conditions only apply if both sides keep the contract. When we don't have the channels we subscribed earlier, we should be refunded.

Been around a month since I raised this issue and there is no resolution still. At this rate, it appears they are trying to run out of my subscription period.

I haven't received a response on disappearing channels and on top of this, we see this happening for the remaining channels frequently. Note this is NOT in a browser, we were using YUPPTV app on our TV.

Renewed my yearly packag and after two months removed all SONY channels. I called at yupptv customer service and they told me to pay extra money for SonyTV channels.
They have sent me email and inform that I will get same channels which I had before. Therefore I have renewed my yearly package. They charged amount for all channels and now not ready to refund money.

Indian channels package
have a yupp tv subscription in the name of Shuchi Prakash Mishra .It is renewed yearly.But to my surprise all the channels for which i opted and paid is removed abruptly.I have opted for Sony tv and it is removed from last one month without any notice. Now zee tv is newly added but we cannot watch it on this subscription. We have to pay extra.And that to without any notice. In addition to that all the news channels are always buffering and so slow. We are definitely not going to subscribe yupp tv next year .

Catch up TV in Zee Channels not working
Reference to the Incident Ticket # 2502564, I again would regret to say that the Catchup TV problem is not yet resolved. This is a matter of complete dissatisfaction. I have to bring it to the notice of YuppTV that the business cannot go on with false commitments and excuses.
I am sure most of the subscribers facing similar issues have made it a decision to discontinue this service.
Every time we connect the customer service, we are given false promises that it will be up by a few days. It has crossed tolerance limit.

Unethical behaviour
I have recently subscribed to your yearly package for regional+hindi+sony liv package. However, I am not able to view the Sony Liv.
I write a complaint to the yupptv support, There was no response or communication from your side and after 2 days you closed my ticket saying that it has been resolved.
Now, here I am absolutely regretting and disgusted at myself for spending 164 USD on you and not able to see the olympics and then really praying, hoping and begging you to repond to my complaint.
I apologize if I went overboard but that is exactly how digusted I feel about Yupptv at the moment.

Unauthorized recharge
Yupptv charged 3 times from my debit card without my knowledge. This was happened on 11th July 2021. Raised a complaint in yupptv customer care regarding this unauthorized recharge.But amount is not reversed until now.

Sony channels not coming
Hi I subscribed to the Yupp tv Hindi Punjabi package on April 2021 for the half yearly package which included all the Sony channels. One of the incentives for me to subscribe for this package itself was for watching channels and that too in Sony channels as the movies there are more recent than the movies shown in other channels which are mostly olden movies. However since last one month or so i saw that the Sony channels have been removed without any intimation to the customer at all without any basis. Kindly please help in getting the Sony channels back once back in the package without trying to extort additional money from the customers.
