I have never faced such a worst customer support service, they are giving a call back for new customer onboarding and subscription of service. But not serving existing customers who had subcription and issues related to few channels. Sun Tv is not working, Jaya TV is not working. If ask someone to support they keep saying they can't call back they are busy with many customers, but If request for a call back for new subscription they are immediately calling back to get new customers.

I recently renewed a Yupp TV subscriptions, but they didn't highlight that sun Tv is going to be stopped and I need to pay extra for the sun NXT app again they are asking money. The membership doesn't worth for the money we pay, important channels Sun and Jaya, Some of Vijay tv programs like big boss and all won't come on the same day. There are many other better tvs available.

I hate Yupp TV now, I have been 8 years of customer with them they treated me very badly.

I subscribed to your service primarily for access to Asianet and Suntv. However, I was disappointed to find that Suntv is no longer available, and I am unable to watch Bigboss on Asianet, which was one of my main reasons for subscribing. To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach your customer service team for assistance.

If you are unable to provide the services that I subscribed for, I kindly request a refund so that I can explore alternative options. I trust that you will handle this complaint in a professional manner and provide a satisfactory solution to this matter."

These people cheat and never respond to email or call.

Having paid for yearly subscription the cancel one package and then calls and asks to pay more to view on the same channel.when asked to refund the amount deducting the month they even block the number.

Have send numerous email and phone call.

Subscription activation date March 2023 and package not able to view from April 2023.

Yupp Tamil TV Gold_GBP , I purchased this package which included SunTV until till February 28th 2024.

However they have discontinued current package and are trying to make me purchase a new package to continue watching SunTv channels.

Impossible to contact them on phone, if they unable offer me the services i paid for they owe me refund for outstanding months.

All of a sudden they ask for additional payment for suntv telecast as I have already paid for yearly subscription and it’s a huge loss . They should at least honor the existing customer and can charge additional during renewal. Then where is the commitment that was offered during the subscription that was charged. It’s not acceptable and highly depressed with these kind of behavior.

I am subscriber of yupptv uk me I paid for my one year service in 2022 my subscription end in June 2023 but they ended in April 2023 and ask to subscribe and pay £139.99 and all channels are stop telecast and I keep calling there customer service number doesn’t work at all I keep calling them over an hour still keeping waiting or hang it up automatically

Chat service keep asking the same repeatedly question even I answer several time keep repeating the same and where the money I pay for 15month subscription

Sun TV was cancelled. I was even willing to pay the delta but the agents would not honour the previous payments. I still have 7 months remaining, so I was willing to pay the new Yearly amount - (7/12 of the original amount) But they just offer a flat $50 and I need to pay the additional $80. Very rude experience. Alas with indian parents at home you need to accept these rude behaviours !

Please dont ask for my registered email in your response back as my email would then get spammed. Please train your representatives to treat existing customers with courteous, esp as this was a sudden decision of removal of the existing series.

YuppTV committed us to provide Sun channels when we subscribed the annual package but all of the sudden, they disconnected the Sun channels and they are not bothered to refund the money as they are unable to keep up the commitment. Our subscription is valid till Nov 2023 so the loss is huge, is there any organization review all comments and take an action on aYuppTV?

I have used this for a long time and last 5 yrs it was OK. There are streaming issues. But, never had any billing issues. This time , they called and renewed for the coming year. This happened on Feb 22, 2023 . The renewal is supposed to start on Mar 26, 2023. From Mar 26, 2023 , none of the channels work and there is a pop-up that says i have to pay 1.99$ every month.

When I called customer support, no one answered even after waiting for 3 hrs .

Finally , initiated chat through the Yupp website.

The response was too slow. Finally they just tell, i have to pay extra to see the channels. What for they got the yearly subscription 99.99$?

I did mention for the last 5 yrs i never had paid extra like this. They never told about this while getting the 99.99 $ for renewal too. But, now they are cheating like this. But , they don't want to respond for their fraudulent services.

I subscribed yearly subscription of Yupp TV Tamil package until Oct 2023. Suddenly YuppTV decided to remove all SUN products and expecting customers to pay extra to get those channels via SUNNXT which is not fair for customer who paid already.

No response on the Chat as well as stayed on the customer service for hours.

Being long time customer of YuppTV, I am very disappointed with this change.

They should honor all existing already paid customer and provide access to their SUN products which they promised during Subscription .

Hope this issue can be resolved and very inconvenience for loyal YuppTV customer.

I have subscribed for YuppTv Telugu Hindi Gold package in Spe 2022 and Valid Through Feb 2024, which has Gemini Network and Zee Network. Now this company stopped providing Gemini channels and asking to pay extra for the services which were earlier charged in the subscription and now their sales team is not even responding properly and they are abusing. I would like to request a full refund as they failed to provide me promised services during my subscription period. I also request to take down this business as many subscribers like me are facing the same issue and this Yupptv is cheating people.

I have renewed my yearly subscription 2 months back when they had all the channels in Yupptv app and annual charge also less than 100 GBP as I'm a regular customer. I have lost all the Sun channels in Yupp TV now and they are asking me to use Sun Nxt for the Sun channels. The fun part that I have to pay additional amount 50 GBP for using Sun Nxt along with other tamil channels in Yupptv.

They say they are cancelling current package and upgrading the new package for next one year which cost me additional 50% increase in my original package. And they said no refund can be provided though I don't want to continue the new package and price. Either I use remaining channels or pay extra to get Sun channels.

I don't understand how they can change the rules before yearly agreement finish?

Recently, they had a change in their Tamil package as Sun network channels were being removed. And to be able to view, we need to pay additional to get sun next along with the current subscription. I requested them to cancel my subscription as I do not need it if I do have get the sun network channels. I am not ready to pay additionally, I would rather take sun next subscription which is much cheaper.

I called customer care, the representative said they will get back to me in two days. I asked for a ticket number and he said I will receive an email. No email yet and if I call customer service now, they are putting me on hold.

I paid for 1 year plan tamil channel subscription. When i paid i got all channels.

After 3 months i am not getting sun network channels and zee network channel what they committed me to provide.

When i asked them a reason. Sysytem upgraded.

I need to pay more.

I said next one year you supposed to give me what you promised.

21st Feb 2023 I renewed by Tamil Chennel+Yupp Fl;ix+First Show package, infact this renewal is processed in Dec-2022 itself with 2 months free service offer ( i.e. i will get 14 months service instead of 12 months). by Jan we noticed bulk of ZEE Tamil channels disappeared in my subsctions. I contact customer service and as the loss ...added 2 more free months...so my subscription is valid till June 2024. Today I got a SMS saying all SUNTV channels will be removed. I spoke with agents in length...he is asking me to cancel the service and YuppTV refund the money as pro-rate basis ( note: I didn't ask for cancellation), and then I have to resubscribe based on current rate for new Sun NXT Pacakge...mean I have to pay another $55.xx dollars. I see this is ridiculous...when I ask for the refund they deduct hefty money...the customer service agent cut the call immediately...?

Being Yupp TV customer for more than 7+ years, this type of customer service striclty not acceptable.

I signed up for Yupp TV Tamil annual package on 14/02/2023. On the receipt email summary has the detail '[protected], Y - A$142.99 and Receipt No. is [protected].

Since signing up we are getting long and annoying Foxtel advertisements at the start and every time we change channel, making channel jumping impossible. There is no warning on their website to state we will get these advertisements. I would have never signed up if I had known about these frequent forced advertisements.

Kindly do the needful to get rid of these advertisements.

I have been reaching out to YuppTV customer support from 5 am CET on the 9th of Feb 2023. I have paid money to them for a package that is not being telecast and after automated responses I have still no information on what is happening. It’s really shocking and pathetic that one has to try and follow up with them, it’s quite clear that they don’t give a damn about their customers. There is a constant rubbish banner displayed on their screen stating the match will start at 930 am ist, ive attached the pic aswel,

I am currently a subscriber for YuppTV in UK. I have been offered online classes for my kid by Yupptv/ Turito which rejected many time but still I receive calls.

But today I received a watsapp text from an Indian number.. this seriously concerns me on how the data protection or GDPR is handled.

How does someone from india able to get my number and text me over watsapp?

I am not comfortable with approach and seriously want to see how my data is passed over and was there data breach that happened ? And who is Turito ?

I would like to file a complaint here and also soon I will raise a complain with ICO UK. Please provide a valid response.

I purchased today at 6pm Malaysia time, 10th Nov 2022 to watch Ind vs Eng T20 Wcup match for 22rm and could not watch.

Chat with support, they said i took a diff package, how convenient. No package details were mentioned on the website, completely fooling and scamming people.

Asked me to pay more 40rm to access T20 Wcup. I said NO. I want refund.

Chat support response is like a Rowdy, I dont care, u paid, there is no refund.

Never support such company.

I had this experience second time when I opted for the T20 World cup package.

First of all, my old account password did not work so I tried "forgot password" before buying the latest package, didnt work as it says "Internal error" everytime I tried "Forgot password".

So eventually, I tried with new email id and a new account. This worked.

However, I tried to login with on a different device but it says "invalid credentials" so ultimately I logged out from my original device and now it says "invalid credentials" on that device as well. So finally, I am trying "forgot password" and it says "internal error".

So ultimately, I have paid for the account and not able to use it at all. This happens with YuppTv everytime.

I am never going to use Yupptv again.
