So, I was looking for a saree to wear to my cousin's wedding and I stumbled upon Yours Designer Wear. I was excited to see their collection and decided to order a saree from their website. However, when I received the saree, I was disappointed to see that the material was not up to the mark. It was very bad quality and not at all what I was expecting.

This website is not good at all. I ordered a saree and it was not like the picture on the website. It was a fake and had stains all over it. They sent me a used saree! I asked for my money back but they didn't even answer my emails. They are not good to deal with. Don't buy from them. I have some pictures to show you. The customer service is not good and they are not polite.

I recently made a purchase on Your Designer Wear website and spent a whopping 400 bucks on a number of saris. I was really excited to receive my order as I had planned to wear them on my upcoming trip to India. However, when I received my order, I was really disappointed with the quality of the blouses that were stitched for me. They were done so poorly that I couldn't even wear them.

To add to my disappointment, the sari material that I received was not up to the mark for the amount of money I had paid for them. I was really upset with my purchase and decided to reach out to their customer service team for help.

Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service team was not a pleasant one. When I called, a lady named Mansi answered the phone and was extremely rude to me. She was not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about my concerns.

Do not order from this website! I repeat avoid this website at all costs!
So I ordered 4 items (1 kameez shalwar and 3 lehengas). The pictures are so betraying on the website, like I am not talking about a slight variation of colour but once I received the items they looked like someone vomited them. I don't know why the [censored] have brightened the colours of clothes on the models when the real colour doesn not look like that. Arghh the colours were awful. And the stichting done was so unprofessional it's like they rushed it. These clothes were for eid and they ruined the occasion. There were threads sticking out and the overall appearance was disgusting and now they are not refunding my money! Like wtfish! I don't know how the f they are running this business. Avoid them at all costs. Use cbazaar instead. This has happened multiple times too, I am not saying just once. My sister ordered before too and she got the same [censored] product and service.

This website needs to shut down! Asap!

The worst service ever. I recently made a purchase and what I recieved was a used damaged poor quality product. I asked for a return but they said they can't accept. I asked for a compensation for the money I lost to buy that piece of trash and they said they can't do that either even when they admit its their mistake to send me such product. The customer service representatives are very rude. They were all giving me a attitude instead of sorting out the issue. The worst..NEVER BUY FROM THEM

I ordered 3 items and it was wrong size. Asked for return cost because it was their fault. They are refusing to give return cost and use improper language email. And I bare the return cost. I gave them all proof that I already return their product and requested sent to me perfect size product. But they deny to sent item until they received my return. It was totally unfair. It was their wrong but I suffer lot. Stupid people, too rude, [censor] your business.

I would not recommend this website to anyone because they sell very poor quality items and prices are quite expensive. I bought a suit from this online store www.yourdesignerwear.com and when I received it I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the material. Suit looked nothing like pictures on their website and there was also a color difference.
I already sent them two messages, one via their online contact form and the second one via email, but they did not reply anything yet. It is over a week and no one bothered to contact me regarding my issue. I would like to return this terrible suit and get my money back. I will not buy from this store again!

I paid $126.37 for an outfit, two tops and earings. After four weeks they tell me that they ran out of the tops I ordered and I should pick another one from their site. But I told them that please refund my money. But they didn't. They sent the outfilt and the earrings.

When the outfit arrived, it was x-small when I ordered a medium. I returned the outfit and the earrings. But they have not refunded any of the money.

They never pick their phone or reply on their emails.

I recently ordered two kurtis - one a red resham embroidered top and another a pink paisley printed top from YourDesignerWear.com. I was shocked when the tops arrived, the red one was very badly tailored and looked very different from the picture - it has blue and green embroidery with sequins whereas the picture and description gave the impression of it having golden embroidery. I have been comparing the pics and the top and cannot get past my wonder as to how someone can deceptively photograph a dress as bad as this to actually make it look quite elegant. Also, though the pink top was supposed to be a party dress, it looked very cheap in person and more like a street dress. I would never wear the tops anywhere!

The site does not have any options to zoom the pics and view detailed patterns and the photography cleverly hides all the imperfections.

I tried submitting a review at the site, but they have an approval process and won't display any critical comments. Customers beware, don't order from this site if you don't want to lose your money!

First off, I ordered a sari to wear at a wedding, with gems on it, I received the item (a couple of days before the wedding - not their fault) but gems were falling off of it! As I took the sari out the package more & more gems were falling off. Immediately I e-mailed them about it b/c as per their website you only have 24 hrs from rcving a package to report damages on their part. I told them I have pictures of the damage to show them. They asked for the pictures & I sent them to them. They replied to me please go to the tailor & fix it on your end & we will pay for the costs. No way! I am a full-time working medical student whom is not home during day time hours to get this done. Not to mention, I have to spend my time & gas and go repair it. I said no, then after they were taking several days to reply, worried I called their US #. I spoke to someone who sounded like they were answering from their home. I told her the situation & she said she'll e-mail me where to return it.

So, I eventually returned it, BUT I had to pay the return shipping of USD $52.00 and then when my package got to India they rejected the package because they would not pay the duties and taxes. So they agreed they will pay duties & taxes & deduct it from my credit. Which ended up being over $80.00 USD. So after I paid over apporx. $132.00 USD to return the $207.00 purchase > my money back was not even worth it!

When I asked them to show me the Fed Ex bill of the duties & taxes they paid (so I can see if they credited me appropriately), they said they can't and now are avoiding my e-mails.

This company/website needs to be reported for scam!
