Young's Water and Sewer review: Stay away!

I have been dealing with this company for a while now and its through my warrantee service that initiated this company to come and inspect my tankless water heater. There was an error message on the screen which made it simple to diagnose. We had no hot water and it was cold out he said he would be back the next day but no more than 2 days, well its now 3 months later and lots of phone calls, the company saying I will need to put out of my pocket and I know that I should not have to pay a thing my policy is fully covered. Woman on the phone argued with me that I needed a whole new system and told me things that needed to be replaced that I don't even own. She didn't stop there she insisted that I was wrong and she was right. This company has no ethics at all, rude and obnoxious person that should never talk to anyone in that manor as a professional. She was looking to get money off me. It appeared that I was being scammed by this company. I will NEVER deal with them again and I will make sure that my insurance company is aware of their doings.
